GoogleWould not recommend or use again. After >8 years with a single tenant (Infiniti acquired my prior agency), where they literally had nothing to do, the recent tenant check-out was done without reference to check-in list, (in their possession), during their tenure there was little to no proactive communication and consistently lacking support including moving to new agency.

GoogleCommunication is very slow. Staff need more training in customer services. If complaints are made then they should be followed up with the customer. Eventually you will get things done.
Thanks Kashif, I recall your complaint about green flies during the summer of 2017 which we dealt with as best we could at the time so a little disappointed to see your review 8 months later but I can assure you we deal with all matters as swiftly as possible to ensure tenants can enjoy their homes

GoogleAs far as letting agencies go, they're not terrible. They were fairly understanding during Covid. I had problems getting my full deposit back, but nothing compared to every other Letting agencies I've been with that try and extend it as much as they can in the hope that you can't afford to appeal.

GoogleIf I was a landlord I would avoid this company like the plague. I dont think this company could give a property away! As a potential customer, Infiniti failed to capture my details, took days to get back to me (I had to chase them) and just didn't seem to care. Really appalling service.

Poor customer service, hard to get in touch with and when you do they are far from helpful. Seemingly intentionally obstructive when it came to trying to request deposit money back. Just not a great company all around, I will be avoiding them in the future.

GoogleAbsolutely disgusting overall from a prospective tennents perspective. Prepare to get mistreated, ignored and lied to. Especially after they have your money.
We have no problem if someone has a genuine complaint and we will do everything to resolve situations. In this case, the person viewed a property, reserved it, then made outlandish requests to the landlord about changing their heating system, the landlord asked us to politely decline the application, which we did and he was refunded his reservation payment the same day. He even wanted us to pay him compensation as he was unhappy with the landlords decision. Note to any landlords or agents, this person is perhaps not the type of tenant you are looking for.
