GoogleAs a landlord I do not recommand this agency, the maintenance team is really weak, too many change, lack of traceability, many things that used to work and suddendly when the new tenants arrive do not work, stuff missing etc...

GoogleI have been recently visited by Diane Harte for annual inspection of the house. She was very professional and quick in doing the job. I had a very pleasant experience this time. She is an asset to DJ Alexander.

GoogleGoog landlord that were quick to action issues we had as a tenant. At the end of the tenancy I got my full deposit back within 3 days... having rented many properties over the years let me tell you this is rare!

Do not rent a property from these jokers. It will be rife with issues and you will have to endlessly chase to get them sorted out. The worst rental experience I’ve ever had by a distance.

Severely understaffed in the lettings team. Everytime I call them I have to wait at least 30 minutes before someone picks up the phone. Absolutely ridiculous.
