GoogleI had the opportunity to use DJ Alexander in October 2018. The service I received was absolutely excellent. The staff were exceptional in their jobs. A specific note about Donna Baird, who was extremely professional, very helpful and always available to manage problems. I also liaised with Diane Harte and Catherine. They were all excellent and I would highly recommend their service.

Even as a landlord the lack of customer service is just beyond belief.My tenants have also had no or little service. Stay away at all costs!

Staff were very competent, friendly and helpful which made the process for partner and I super swift and easy and stress free! Shout-out to Caroline for consistently keeping us up but I date Would recommend using DJ Alexander estate agents.

GoogleDon’t waste your time!! if you are lucky enough to get through to them with an issue, they will tell you that they will phone you back but of course they won’t... I will be suggesting to my landlord that he changes to a letting agency soon because all my issues have been resolved directly through there landlord himself!

Worst letting agent I've ever been with. Ignored and even CLOSED complaints without responding. Left me with no heating. Didn't give a damn about losing a paying tenant. Avoid!!

My experience with DJ Alexander was great and effortless. Throughout every phase: flat searching, viewing, application to finally handing over the flat everyone was fast, corteous and professional. Colin D. was a great help throughout the whole process. He answered all of my many questions during my first viewing and was very knowledgeable about the property.

GoogleDJ Alexander are the worst at communication. They share nothing between their offices or departments or between landlords and tenants. they forget to update you on even the most serious matters. You will wait months to have anything dealt with and even then it won't be resolved. Please do yourself a favour and take no dealings with this circus.
