Once I got through to Georgia Torrice, she was brilliant, calm, professional and helpful, got me sorted in record time.The only issue is that it took 30 minutes of sitting on hold to get to that point. Every other time I've called it has either rung out, or no one has answered in 45+ minutes.

I viewed a property to rent at quite short notice. The flat had only just appeared on the market, and I managed to arrange a viewing through DJ Alexander the next afternoon. I met with Colin the property manager, who was professional and helpful in answering all the questions I had about the flat. He was quick in responding to my emails after viewing the flat.

GoogleAbsolutely dreadful experience. Would NEVER EVER recommend anyone to have any business with this agency, unless you want to deal with highly unprofessional, rude, irresponsible people. Unfortunately, I sighned a contract with them and it turned in vicous circle I can't get out of. Don't even know how to express it clearly and faitly enough. Just don't choose this agency if you don' want your life to be turned into nightmare.

GoogleTried reaching the company every day for two weeks. Had no response from emails and when calling you are given options: 1 for enquiries, viewings and applications 2 for landlords looking for services There's never a response for 1 but always a response for 2 and will only refer your number and never get back. Would not recommend this company!NegativeResponsiveness
