GoogleI received amazing service from Catherine Bruce at DJ Alexander, who went over and above to help me out with an incredibly tricky situation with some nightmare tenants who were moving out of my property. I live in London and my property is in Glasgow and Catherine couldn’t have been any more supportive and understanding of my situation. I will always recommend this agency to anyone going forward. GoogleRented a flat through DJ Alexander and was such a simple stress-free experience due to their help. All members of staff we spoke to helped us and went above and beyond to make sure everything was okay for us. Any help we have needed after moving in has been sorted within a day or two. Definitely would recommend renting from them, a stress-free experience with professional members of staff always ready to help.

GoogleWe have had a very good experience using DJ Alexander who have let two of our properties quickly and efficiently. Any problems that have arisen have been sorted right away by getting straight to the appropriate person. Also while looking for a property as a buy to let, the advice given has proved to be correct and invaluable even though we didn't purchase through DJ Alexander. I would not hesitate to recommend them for property letting.

Arranged to view a flat at earliest offered date and given no indication that there were viewings happening earlier for others. Told day before by text that flat was already let. Extremely inconsiderate.
