GoogleThey’re posting properties that are not on their list and do not exist as bait. That’s disgraceful.

TrustpilotLandlords avoid.
This is my second review and, months later, I continue to have nothing but problems with this company. I will be recommending any fellow landlords avoid this company like the plague. I have to contact them to remit my income and it’s consistently had deductions improperly applied. An absolute joke.
Hi, I am happy to look into any issues or queries you may have had. Please contact me direct on richardtierney@djalexander.co.uk, if you would like me to look into anything further or help you. Kind regards, Richard Tierney, Director of Customer Service

TrustpilotNever ever rent from them
Never ever rent from them. In the process of moving out, they'll risk you getting homeless because they can't be arsed to do their job. In fact no one actually works there. Your deposit? You'll never see it again. I had to fight for it with my first flatmate and we got the pettiest pictures such as a single hair behind a door sent to us to justify their money grab. Also they SELL you a reference that you'll need to move out anywhere else. 25 quid to click a link.
