Renting from DJ alexander is awful! The communication is terrible, no contact numbers for any issues, only an online form that takes ages to get any response. We have been without heating or hot water for 3 weeks and still no further forward on when this will be repaired with zero communication and no way of contacting them. We have reported things in the past that just go unanswered. For paying high rent it is just unacceptable!

Overall it was good, but I would have appreciated more if some one from letting agent would have contacted me directly re 1 day of extra rent rather than dispute.I cancelled my standing order, but my 1 month notice included 1 extra day.

Awful do not use. They massively over promised that my property would be rented out within days and it took them over 2 and a half months. They use a reduced deposit scheme which puts the rental price up and discourages people. They also do not pay you promptly. Will never use again.

Had a nice experience with DJA when renting a property. Both Giulia Ceccarelli who gave us the viewing and Laura Mctaggart who helped us through the whole application process were very quick in response and very helpful. GoogleI used this agent before but feel disappointed so I left, and they did not follow up after the last tenant and didn't allowed my claim as they stop replying. feel very disappointed, so stay away from this agent !!

GoogleIt is really sad that they do not allow people from outside of UK to apply. People can easily state their official documents for renting online which is very common in many countries. I have found their approach very discriminatory.

GoogleI was staying at a flat for nearly a year. DJ Alexander agency is one of the greats. Professional staff, reasonable deposit, good maintenance and no hassle to get a deposit back. I wish all letting agencies were like this.

Deposit issueThe same problem has been raised by others too. This company does not like to return your deposit. Moreover, they do not like to respond to your emails about the deposit. So, request your deposit back via SafeDeposits Scotland as soon as you leave the property. Otherwise, you will need to wait for months.
