A special thanks to Diane Harte as she has been there throughout the whole process and is always readily available to answer questions and make sure the whole move in process was straightforward and stress free. We've recently rented an apartment via DJA. Nice helpful people - very efficient. I've deducted one star as their associated Goodlord platform seems to have many problems - we had to involve their tech support several times. I think many prospective tenants would have given up and gone elsewhere.

After being advised my rented property was going to be vacated by the tenant the DJ Alexander team got to work, organised a redecoration, cleaning etc in swift time in preparation for a new tenant.The team manager Lisa Grieve is someone you can rely on and a working trust quickly formed.Definitely a company I will recommend to manage you rental property

GoogleHaving had issues with a previous sale of my property which had fallen through using a Paisley based estate agent, I decided to try DJ Alexander. Catherine Bruce was the main contact and she kept me up to date every step of the way. The apartment sold within a few weeks or marketing and I couldn't be happier with the whole transaction. GoogleWe are tenants and living in Glasgow and so far we have a very dissapointing experience with D.J.Alexander As a background story, our flat was managed by Fineholm and then it was passed into D.J.Alexander The first and major issue we had reported to Fineholm ever since we moved in, is that our underfloor heating is not working properly. The thermostats are broken and can not adjust the temperature. We have had incidents where the heating would increase on its own, making the flat scalding hot. While we have extensively reported the following to Fineholm and D.J.Alexander should have had a clear picture of this, they claim they don't. We had inspections with D.J.Alexander where we are bringing this matter up and say they will resolve it, only to leave to us, the tenants to resolve the issue. They said to us that they do not know of the issue and our landlord is not aware which I don't know how many times I left incidents about the following. Their contractors would come to the flat saying this needs to be fixed and nobody is following up from there Also, we have a water leakage from Thursday, going into the downstair flat. They insisted on having a plumber appointment very late at Thursday and kept us waiting the whole day and night only to promise us they will fix it. Based on the heating issue and overall poor responses from D.J.Alexander and our landlord, we said that D.J.Alexander should own this incident and do not let us, the tenants resolve the issue. On Friday 16.52 time, we received a message from a plumber service that is supposed to be their emergency service, saying their offices are open 9am till 5pm which is apparently very late for us to do anything. I called the plumber service highlighting that we have a water leakage and they said they will call us back. Contractor plumbing service or D.J.Alexander never called us back and they closed our incident without being resolved! Essentially, D.J.Alexander left us with a water leakage from Thursday evening to Monday morning at best. I am giving this review to fellow tenants to not choose D.J.Alexander if they can, as I can not understand what added value companies like Fineholm or D.J.Alexanders are addding for the tenants other than creating incidents. They leave to us, the tenants to follow up with DJ.Alexander so they can contact landlords. It has been a very stressful experience and mind you we are paying a generous rent only to be treated this way

Terrible company let your flat being completely destroyed by tenants you will not get one penny back it will all be on you. Protect tenants not owner. Quote from contractors wrong terrible maintenance management new system how to get lost and do work without your authorisation but Mainly will let tenants destroy your flat and will thanks THEM for it.To avoid for landlord!
