I had not a very nice experience with dj Alexander. This year a young man came. His name is Mark Hall. I was very sceptical but Mark did what he said.. I wish there were more so experienced, kind people as he. I know I can trust him. I wanted just to thank him for what he has done, he is just a amazing person.

I am writing this review after almost experiencing DJ for more then 2months. We have moved to a home in April and have reported few issues(both major and minor) The team still keeps asking us to share photos which we have done multiple times. What I feel is they really are worst when it comes to how to deal with tenants. Worst experience ever.

GoogleThe most redundant flat viewing service ive ever came across. People have lives and work. I dont have hours on end to keep asking for flat viewings. Try and phone and you wont even book me in when I'm available. So you can milk people for overpriced flats but it's not cost effective for you to take the time to show me it. Awful attitude.

GoogleVery poor communication. No one ever takes accountability, it's always someones else's problem. I had nearly 2 months without hot water during one of the coldest periods of the decade until they managed to get someone sent out to fix my boiler. Once it was fixed, they never addressed any of the additional issues I had raised. Didn't make me feel like a valued tenant.

TrustpilotI have had my flat absolutely trashed…
I have had my flat absolutely trashed twice by the tenants found by this company. Both times I have had to shell out exorbitant amounts for cleaning which I should have been refunded and haven't been. All the furniture has had to be thrown out and the place repainted and this was not included in the claims procedure. The accounts team is beyond a joke and impossible to contact. WHERE ARE MY REFUNDS??

DJ Alexander have looked after my flat for 20 years now. Their Property Manager, Kieran Mooney, recently carried out an annual inspection of my flat. This was carried out comprehensively and to a very high professional standard. I was particularly grateful for the photographic evidence of the inspection which provided reassuring evidence that all is well.

We have had a terrible experience with DJ Alexander which after several months still remains unresolved. They have not paid their full share of mutual repairs despite numerous emails and cost us a lot of waisted time and money with no concern about rectifying their inadequacies and time delays. This will affect their owner in the future with regards to future mutual repairs enabling works to be carried out promptly and effectively.

We had a problem with a leaking shower door and a broken shower head holder. David Harcus (Maintenance Co-ordinator) kept me updated with emails which informed me that the issue had been logged, who they were sending to fix it, who they resent to finish fixing it, and a confirmation checking that the issue had been solved to our satisfaction. I was really pleased to see that when the issue was first logged, David had listened exactly to the way I described the problem and written it down clearly for the contractor. Thanks DJ Alexander :)

A great experience getting a flat with DJ Alexander, found the perfect property. The whole process from start to finish was a great experience, our letting agent was incredibly helpful with the application process. I must note my appreciation for Laura Mctaggart, who was our applications advisor. She was very helpful and informative, was always just a call away, and kept us in the loop throughout the process. As first-time renters, we felt supported and looked after throughout our application. We could not ask for a more helpful or professional service. Would recommend to anyone. :)

GoogleI am moving from one flat to another, both in Glasgow and managed by D J Alexander. I have been quite happy with them so far, although I am yet to undergo the handover of the old flat. I want to highlight in particular the service provided by one of the agents, Scott Luttrell, who has been exceptional, assisting with several things over the last few days. Today we finished the check-in at the new flat, and he made the process really smooth and pleasant. He's been very welcoming, kind, patient, and helpful!

I’m a recent landlord renting out my property via apropos/DJ Alexander and I found them to be very responsive, quick and efficient. I’ve been especially pleased with the services provided by Stephen Lawson who I’ve chatted to quite a bit throughout the process, he’s been great and always has a quick answer to sort out my questions. I’ve also briefly liaised with Elliot/Evie and they’ve been very helpful too, overall I’m glad I rented via this agency, especially as I live abroad so it makes it much easier for me & less hassle to deal with property issues.
