We had full professional photos, videos and drone capture, showing full property views which helped our property stand out and seemed to lead to more viewings.
We hit a snag in the process when a sale fell through, however AB got our property back up for sale and it was resold the next day. Would definitely recommend for anyone in the local area.

GoogleLandlords beware! These guys were managing a property that I bought as part of a portfolio. On requesting to move the management to my own management company they tried to say that there needed to be a 6 month notice period (even though this is contrary to Scottish law) and refused to hand over the keys to the apartment! In the end the new managment company had to get in contact with the tenant by visiting them at home, explain the situation, change the locks on the apartment, all at my cost. To this day they have still witheld the last months rent the tenant paid to them. Very dodgy behaviour but since we are only talking about £500 there is no point in pursuing them. Anyhow, stay away from them if you can!

I think you have left a review for the wrong company. We have never dealt with anyone by your name. We use a very efficient system called payprop for paying our clients and all money is stored within a client account. It is impossible for our staff to over ride this. But, the notice period in Scotland has only recently reverted back to 84 days - during covid this was in fact 6 months in most cases to protect against rogue landlords evicting tenants during this very vulnerable time.
I hope you find a solution with the company which you have dealt with. By all means please contact me directly if I can be of any assistance and I will be happy to direct you towards formals means of complaints against what sounds like a terrible company to deal with.

GoogleRented a property through here about 3 months ago and it’s been a nightmare. From the day we moved in our oven and front door buzzer haven’t worked. We have sent multiple emails and received no reply, tried to call many times and no answer. Only when we threatened with a formal complaint did they send someone round to fix the oven. We’ve had parcels stolen from our doorstep and had many things returned to sender because of this buzzer issue. I had an issue with sending rent and tried to call the office multiple times and no answer at all. Would not recommend
