Alex visited me at my dads property shortly after he passed away to carry out a valuation. He was very kind , honest , empathetic , informative and happy to answer the multiple questions and concerns that i had . I was then introduced to Lesley who would be managing my sale and she speedily arranged the video and photos ( quality was outstanding) and got the house on the market. Lesley kept me up to date with progress and showed great compassion and understanding towards me with nothing ever being too much trouble The service i received was amazing from start to finish . The best letting agent….fact. I used Alex for all of my let’s over the last 4 years and can honestly say I would not go anywhere else. Alex and this company as a whole went above and beyond for me. Everything from finding a tenant, to making sure the property was kept well, to any repairs needed done, it was made so easy, I literally just handed it over to them. They can take care of everything. Then when selling my properties they got the best price possible, and made it as quick on there side as possible. Alison was always on hand to sort anything and everything, if you told me she works 24 hours a day I would Believe you. Special mention to Leslie in the office also who sorted a lot out when going through conveycing. Thanks very much guys

Would highly recommend AB Property Consultants to anyone looking to sell their home. This was the first time selling a house for us so didn’t know how the process worked etc. From our first meeting with with Alex he was very knowledgeable about the area and values. Alex also explained in detail what would happen from start to finish. We explained to Alex that we didn’t want to put our flat on the market till we had found our next house, Alex suggested that we put the house as ‘coming soon,’ with pictures and videos of the flat this way they could draw up interest in the flat without us fully committing to sell it until we were ready- they were not pushing for us to put it on the market unlike other estate agents we had out to look at the flat. This worked incredibly well as once we found our next property all we had to do was give the team the go ahead and the house was on the market. This meant it was a extremely short turn around process as they had already drawn up all the interest in the property meaning from the date the property went on the market, to setting a closing date and to accepting a offer only took 1 week and for a record price in the development! Lesley kept us upto date with feedback from the viewings and also talked through all our offers at the closing date to help us make the correct decision for our circumstances. In regards to the price we received for the flat, other estate agents suggested that we would be would have to sell the flat for the same price we paid for it as we hadn’t even been in the flat one year. The valuation Alex gave compared to the other estate agents was very different, which we were apprehensive about. Alex was spot on with his valuation as in the end it ended up selling for even more- again this highlights his knowledge and expertise in the area! We moved into our new home one week ago and Lesley and Morgan checked in to see how the move went and asked if there was anything else they could do to help or if we had anymore questions. Two other family members have use AB Property to sell their home and also speak highly of them. I cannot highly recommend AB Property Consultants enough, and will definitely be using them in the future!

We would highly recommend AB Property Consultants, selling our property with them was an absolute pleasure. From our first meeting with Alex, the service was excellent and we were in no doubt that we were placing our property into the hands of professionals to sell for us. Alex was so knowledgeable about the area and everything else to do with the property. He guided us through the process. The transaction was smooth and we never had a single issue to deal with it was completely stress free. The property was sold in a couple of weeks. The whole transaction was done and dusted in total in about 6 weeks. I dealt with Lesley throughout the process and she was outstanding, really professional and helpful and she kept me updated on all aspects of the listing and the viewings.
