I would highly recommend AB Property Consultants. Lesley went over and above the call of duty during our selling process to ensure quick and efficient communication between all parties and was instrumental in ensuring our house sale was completed all the way through. Lesley made this process as stress free as possible and I cannot express my gratitude enough. Would highly recommend AB property consultants if you are considering selling your home.

I cannot praise AB Consultant enough for selling my flat, all within days of it going on the market. Lesley and Alex were absolutely brilliant to deal with. They were friendly, efficient and extremely professional. Communication was excellent during the sales process as Lesley kept me informed all the way through. Could not have happier with everything and have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this company. Thank you ABC.

I'm a Private Landlord with a small letting portfolio. Over the last 16 years I've used various letting agents, most disappointed for various reasons. I switched to AB Property Consultants 4 Years ago, and what an excellent company, friendly efficient staff, great Marketing, and best photography I've experienced. I'm happy to recommend them for buying, selling or for rental services. Richard Wheeler. Landlord.

Cannot recommend AB Property highly enough, AB handled the sale of the property we purchased as well as the sale of our own property. Excellent local knowledge, Alex told us how much we could achieve for our property and they sold our property within a week for that exact amount. Lesley was very helpful with keeping us informed throughout the purchase of our new house. Thank you very much to the team!

We purchased a home via AB very recently and Morgan and Lesley were brilliant in finding us the right home. It got to a stage where I saw Morgan more than my extended family but we persevered and moved into our dream home on Friday last week and we absolutely LOVE it I'd definitely go via AB for our next property if I was ever planning to move again.

I've dealt with a lot of estate agents and can genuinely say that AB Property Consultants blow everyone else out the water. The staff are friendly & approachable and their response times are very impressive - not many agents would have your pictures and marketing video done and online within 24 hours of you chatting with them. I will 100% be using Alex and his team in the future and have no hesitation in recommending their services.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Excellent service selling my flat. Great communication, and helped to walk through all parts of the selling process so that was very clear. The presentation of flat online was very well done and the flat sold very quickly thanks to the AB Property team.

Alex sold my property in Smithstone (North Lanarkshire) back in Oct. I felt a little over whelmed with where to start in selling a property as this was all new to me. Alex knew the market and the process inside out and literally arranged everything on my behalf. He and his team went above and beyond to sell my property for home report value. I can't thank AB property consultants and estate agents enough for their first class service, they certainly took the stress out of my sale and made it a very plain sailing process. I have now recommended Alex to market and sell my parents home so they too can sell in a stress and hassle free manner.

Alex, Chrissie and team went way above and beyond to sell our lovely Glasgow southside house. As well as his knowledge in properties Alex is also a talented photographer and qualified drone flier and captured wonderful photos and overhead drone footage of our home. Once the photos went up we had dozens and dozens of viewers which led to an extremely competitive closing date and ended up in us receiving well over the home report value. We are extremely grateful for the work that the team put in and would highly recommend AB property to anyone.

AB Property made selling my property very easy. Alex was very professional in valuing the property and explaining the sale process clearly. AB Property were an easy choice! The photos and “coming soon” video were great and I had loads of viewings set up straight away. Chrissy and Megan were fabulous too and helped me to achieve a selling price well above what I was expecting (and above home report value). I couldn’t recommend AB Property enough, I would definitely use them again in the future. Thank you!!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Couldn't recommend AB more. We sold our house during quite a challenging time for the housing market and it went relatively quickly while other houses marketed by competitors in the area seemed to continue on the market. Everything was explained to us and we were kept up to date throughout. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future

AB Property Consultants were absolutely brilliant when we were selling our flat. Their no nonsense approach to house selling was a breath of fresh air when compared to competitors. Alex, Chrissie and the team worked tirelessly to sell our flat and secure the best price, and have been especially great and helpful when the original sale of our flat fell through at the start of the Covid-19 crisis, working hard to do online viewings and secure a purchaser for our flat. Overall I am very impressed with the service that I received.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

We received excellent customer service from the moment we decided to put our property on the market. From the start we received fantastic support, the professional local knowledge of the market to help with recommendations for lawyers, home reports and advertising on property websites and all of the different social media platforms. We also appreciated the great service helping completion during the recent uncertain times. We were first time sellers and to have Chrissie, Alex and the team at AB property assisting us was much appreciated. We would recommend them to anyone wishing to buy/rent or sell in the future. Thanks from the McCaffrey family. 5*
