FacebookHad a terrible service from these guys. The main guy Alex is only concerned with getting himself on social media doing ’good works’ -shame his business is so poor. Do yourself a favour and avoid them like the plague. Theres much better out there.

GoogleFriendly, reliable, and professional service from everyone we dealt with at AB Property Consultants, and our flat was sold within a couple of weeks! The photos and videos produced of the flat looked incredible, and the photographers were so accommodating & kind, even helping us when we had to herd our cat out of shot! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience all round for my first property sale - thank you! 😊

FacebookI have my own cleaning/painting business, I was asked to carry out work for these guys. We did have a bit of an issue, but Alex that owns the company was very helpful and accommodating with resolving it. The fact a problem had occurred it was very quickly dealt with, very professionally rectified and in the end a good service.

GoogleEnquired about viewing a property on Dyke Street, Baillieston on Friday morning through their website. Have had no response at all. Not great if your selling a property and trying to get the best price. (Written after company response) - I can assure you, you haven't responded to my query in which I asked for a viewing on Friday at 4:45pm. This was done via your website where it says 'contact agent'. I then completed the form including my number and e-mail contact. I no longer have any interest as I have viewed other properties at the weekend and have offers in. Fact of the matter is, someone has either ignored the request altogether or your website has issues which is within your control. Either way not a great experience.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleDay 1: request via Rightmove to view the property. Day 2: As no response to last request, message again via rightmove. Day 3: As no response to either previous, assume Rightmove isn't working for the agent for some reason. Try contacting using the form on their own website for the property. Day 4: No response to anything. Ok, phone time. Get through fine, arrange viewing on Sunday, agent will send you an email to confirm. Day 5/6: No confirmation email. Day 7: View property, want to go ahead. Agent there says just fill out the docs you received in the email. Day 8: Recieve voicemessage asking how the viewing went. Call them back after work to say we're interested and just need the documentation to fill in. Says email will be sent shortly. Day 9: No email. Call up at lunch to try and get the documents sent again. Informed property de-listed and the email was sent yesterday after the call. Look I don't know what's going on with your email system but I'm clearly not the only one who's had this issue. Neither RM enquiry nor the form on your website worked as you said you had no messages from my name when I phoned. I've contacted many other estate agents in the past through RM and had no issues, even as recently as last week. I've checked spam folders/filters and everything I can think of to locate these missing emails which I was assured have been sent, to no avail. I can only give 1 star, as frankly the service didn't function. Worth noting the people I did manage to interact with were pleasant and friendly.
This relates to a lettings property. We have tried to make contact with you today Mark, so far no response. Can you please get back to us. Unfortunately the feedback on your review does not match what we have from the property portals and therefore we would love to discuss this further. Unfortunately we can only have 1 successful applicant for each property, and whilst we appreciate your feedback… it is important to discuss this if you genuinely feel that this review is proportionate and justified. The team worked hard to chase up and keep on top of all viewings including providing detailed feedback from viewings. Thank you to all the team for your help and especially to Lesley who looked after our house sale. We ended up getting above the home report value which we were very pleased with.
