Enquired over a week ago (3rd February) via e-mail regarding a Home Report valuation of a property being marketed by the said persons, no one even responded to my request. I would like to think if I was marketing my property through an agent that they would be more proactive in their response. Thanks for your response, you claim not to have received an email from myself? Well I can confirm it was sent on Wed, Feb 3, 7:10 PM. I would phone as requested but as I suffer from a speech impairment disability I am afraid I may not be understood on the telephone hence my email.NegativeResponsiveness

Alex at AB property assisted in the private sale of my property in Kilmarnock. The advice I received was second to none! His knowledge of the market was excellent and on point which led to my property selling within a week for well over it's home report value. Alex and his assistants at AB property were very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. I received excellent correspondence to book viewings for potential buyers and the phone literally never stopped with interest. I should say that I recieved such an amazing service that my partner then went on to sell his private property in Glasgow with Alex and now my mother in law too in South Ayrshire. If you want an estate agent who knows their stuff and who will go above and beyond to sell your property for the best price then AB property consultants and estate agents is most definitely the company for you. Someone came to value my house told me they would contact me to come back to take images to put on market , this was 2 months ago I'm still waiting. After house was valued went to see Bill to organise a mortgage he told me he would do everything in his power to help me out gave him all my personal paperwork statements etc.again I am still waiting on him also to call me back. Had to go elsewhere as Bill would not return any calls or texts. Clearly didnt try hard enough as my house Is sold and I got an offer accepted on another property and mortgage accepted. certainly do not recommend !!!

They were highly supportive especially when dampness was identified in my home. Thet support, advised and guided us through every step of the process! The took care of all paperwork effortlessly (on our part) no last minute jobs, seemless transition of paperwork and outstanding guidance. Been with other companies but nothing has been as good as this one but at the same low cost. A very professional company with a true family value and ethos to their customer care. Fantastic service all round. We sold a property recently and we can’t thank the team at AB enough. Having used many agents before I was always a little disappointed with the service or felt we didn’t get the proper result. I searched for a new agent and was impressed with Alex’s proactive marketing online, his fresh approach to selling and how highly he was spoke of in the property community. AB seemed the obvious choice. I was not disappointed. Easy to deal with and no nonsense or jargon. An honest and trustworthy approach to what can be a stressful transaction. Chrissie in the office kept us suitably informed throughout the process yet didn’t bog us down hassle. Advice on request, which is golden as we were new to many aspects of the sale under the circumstances. I would highly recommend using AB to sell your home. I used AB property recently to sell my flat. I seen them as they had sold other properties on my street. A great service from start to finish. From the flat officially going on the market, it was sold within less than 2 weeks. Alex came out to view the flat initially and he gave us a realistic asking price, they were upfront about all costs and they also put me onto a very good solicitor to deal with the legal side. Cannot recommend these guys enough!
