GoogleWe had two viewing with Eastham's and Co for rental properties in the Preston area. On both occasion's the staff from Eastham's came prepared with all the information we needed. The viewing where conducted in both a professional and friendly manner with out a "hard sell" approach. On the first viewing the lady who showed us around the house spoke very highly of the company and said she had found working with the company an absolute pleasure and this certainly came through in her approach to her work. We put an offer in on the second property and we where quickly contacted with all the information about the process and what we needed to do. Dawn was our point of contact through out this process and she kept us up to date with the progress and ensured everything moved along at an efficient pace whilst keeping us updated at every point possible. I couldn't recommend the company enough, they may the whole process as stress free as possible. Thank you.

As a first time landlord its been a very, very positive experience. The assistance given, the wealth of information shared and the speed of the letting our home. Less than 24 from listing! GoogleI am a first time landlord and wanted to use a Residential Lettings Agency that would explain the system clearly and make the process as easy as possible. Obviously, I approached several agencies but Matt was very upbeat and extremely thorough when it came to carrying out the advtisement and subsequent letting of the property which was a short time later. I would have no hesitation in recommending Easthams and will not need to look any further when I next need to use these services again!!!

GoogleI would highly recommend Eastham's letting agents as they offer a very friendly and informative service. They are a family run business and this shows in the quality of all the services they offer. I used the let only service and I was very impressed with the attention to detail and the thorough approach throughout the course. I have dealt with several of the main national agents over the past few years and I have not been impressed with most of them due to lack of a personal approach, whereas Eastham’s take pride in offering a personal approach and regular communication. They offer a fantastic service and excellent value for money.

GoogleJust like to say thanks to Easthams for the excellent service I had in relation to Shattered glass ( gas) hob which was recessed into a granite top in my let property. Claire and her team did a great job in contacting the trades for the job of replacing the hob and turned it around in a couple of days. Thanks again.

GoogleI have done a lot of research into estate agents in Preston - called over 20 of them before we decided that Eastham was the one for us! From the very first phone call they were friendly, professional and most of all helpful. I never felt rushed and was always under the impression that I was the most important person they deal with. This is the company I would recommend to anyone who is looking for hustle free experience!

GoogleMatt was the main contact at Easthams and first impressions were good. He was punctual, enthusiastic and well prepared. He immediately marketed the property and within hours I had several viewings. Over the course of the following week he had arranged over 12 viewings, out of which we had sourced the successful tenant. I had other companies marketing my property, and whilst these did ok, Easthams proved that their network of contacts were second to none. Well done.

GoogleLaura Wilson was my savior, the ONLY agent from any lettings company i contacted for renting my house that kept following up and helped me from the very start. GoogleRefuse to even consider letting us apply, as having 3 adults is "against the landlord's criteria." Seeing as this is the case for multiple properties with suitable space for us, I have a feeling this is the letting agent's criteria, not the landlord's. If you want to use this agent to let your property, you should know they're turning away suitable candidates without hesitation or consideration!

Hi Quinn I appreciate your frustrations, but its becoming increasingly difficult to find landlords that will accept sharers in family homes. This is due to the fact that landlords have their pick of families looking to rent in the local area and families historically provide landlords with significantly longer average tenancy lengths than sharers do, minimising risk for the landlords. Good luck with your search and you may have more luck with an agency who specialise in shared accommodation. Kind Regards Matt
