GoogleBizzare the amount of questions you have to go through just to view a property. Me and my husband have a joint income of 38k but we don’t meet the affordability for a £850 house. We’re currently paying £1050 rent and recently passed affordability for a mortgage but don’t meet their criteria for a cheap rental. Never had this when renting before. I appreciate you have to vet tenants thoroughly but it seems quite extreme.

GoogleI would not recommend Easthams and Co estate agency to anyone. They firstly do not get back to you when they say they will, even after chasing them. When I did eventually get a hold of a member of the team, they were highly rude on the phone and just so unhelpful. I were warned about Eastham's due to their poor customer service and unprofessional manor and it turns out that they were right and I wish I never bothered.
Hi Kelly Thaks for your review and sorry that you feel this way. I have investigated and you enquired on 25th June at 11.05am and received a call back 11 minutes later at 11.16 am?! We then asked then left a message for the landlord to ask if they woud accept pets, unfortunately it took them a while to come back to us but that's the only reason for the delay which was out of our control.

GoogleComing from abroad, I rang in panic looking for a family accommodation; Easthams Residential company and specifically Laura Wilson went above and beyond to find me one, the property was spot on and the process was clear and easy. Due to unforseen circumstances I had to leave and again Easthams ltd and their employee were there to support. I can't recommend any further - well done Easthams.

GoogleAs a prospective Tenant, I can not fault the service that Chloe and her team offered. Clearly a professional, knowledgeable and passionate agency who were easy to communicate with throughout the process. Chloe was able to organise a viewing for me on the day that I enquired about a specific property and was extremely helpful, answering all the questions with honesty and openness. Can not fault the service they offered and would highly recommend Easthams. I will certainly use them again for my next property search.

Ed and Laura were great, fast actions and clear communication, great updates throughout and ultimately lead to the letting of the property in a couple of weeks - highly recommend the team, they are knowledgeable, responsive and friendly.

GoogleFrom the second I walked into this agency I was immediately judged and stereotyped by my appearance of a young asian male. They said I do not fit the special criteria which is “working professional” which I am. My colleagues I work with use the same agency but their face seems to fit the criteria more than mine. Please avoid this agency. There is loads other available. I think they need to review the equality statement and end all discrimination.

GoogleI had an absolutely amazing experience with Easthams! My husband and I were moving to the North West from the South West on a Friday. It was a very stressful day, worsened by the delay due to traffic and the moving van not coming in time. I was so worried that we wouldnt be able to make it to the office in time to collect the keys, and as it was a Friday that would have been catastrophic. But Dawn and Matt were amazing, they stayed back for us till 8pm on a Friday and I will never ever forget their kindness.

GoogleWe were met at the property by a lovely young lady that showed us around a number of properties. After the 4th viewing we picked a property & went to the office to secure the apartment. Laura was welcoming, quick and efficient and the whole process was over within 30 mins! This was by far the easiest method that I have secured a property and the best part was that there were no fees to pay on this property! Laura arranged for new furniture to be delivered to the apartment and kindly sent us photos of the apartment fully furnished. They are a small, but efficient team and I would not hesitate in using or recommending them to others in the future.

GoogleI am a Player Liaison at a Championship Club and one of my main roles is finding players somewhere to live. Because of this I spend a lot of time dealing with Estate Agents. Some are an absolute nightmare - changing appointments, can never get hold of them, making the process difficult. Easthams have been amazing. Pre viewing they were responsive to calls and questions. On the viewing Laura was helpful and informative. And now at the application and referencing stage they have been quick to respond to any queries and very helpful. One of the best agents I have dealt with in 17 years of being a Player Liaison

GoogleContacted Easthams after viewing a property i saw online which seemed suitable. Was put through to Laura who provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond anything i have experienced from any other estate agents. Friendly conversations, prompt veiwings and above all service with a smile. The whole process of finalising the property was extremely professional even down to the reference check which although can seem a bit strict is exactly what you would expect from a professional company. Have dealt with many estate agents in the past for commercial and domestic properties and must say Easthams are the best i have come across so Far. GoogleI am currently in the process of renting a one bedroom flat and I could not be more satisfied with the service I've gotten so far. The staff (particularly Laura and Dawn) has been extremely professional, as well as friendly. The flat is also in pristine condition, and the furniture provided is brand new and very high quality. I'd recommend Easthams & Co. to anyone looking to rent a property, they are willing to go the extra mile to make sure the tenant's expectations are met.

GoogleWe’ve been renting with Easthams for the past 5 years and have always found the team to be incredibly helpful and willing to answer any questions we had throughout the entire process. Everything is always done smoothly and quickly and nothing is ever too much trouble. Everything from the moving in process to the quarterly property checks (Olivia who does these for us is always really friendly and efficient, and always happy to help with any issues we may have!) is always a breeze and we couldn’t recommend them enough if you’re looking to rent in the area!
