GoogleBeing a relatively new landlord it is important to have people you can trust. After having a very bad first experience with another national agency, Easthams was recommended by our carpet layer. Ed was not only very professional, but really knowledgeable and went out of his way to provide a lot advice and assistance !! Because I know they genuinely care for both the landlord and tenant, I finally have peace of mind that I have tenants who will treat our property like it was their own. I could not recommend Ed and his team more highly. From start to finish the whole process and experience was superb. Update Feb 2024 - I wanted to post a new update, as we recently have a new tenant after our previous tenant of over 5 years moved out. The whole experience from beginning to end was exactly as my first experience with Easthams, simply a smooth process and all people involved (Mike, Laura, Lisa, Claire and Bethany) were wonderful and a joy to deal with. Easthams clearly has set the standard, and demonstrate all the time the values both landlords and tenants need - clarity, trust, care and excellence. Once again I could not recommend Easthams & Co enough, truly a pleasure to deal with.

GoogleIts been a pretty good experience so far with Easthams & Co Lettings Agency. The team is very good and professional in handling the tenants. I would specially mention Laura to be very thorough, disciplined and accommodative. She ensured that I went through the entire process in a systematic and step by step manner which is the best approach to establish a professional relationship with tenants. The only improvement I suggest would be to have someone accompany the tenant on the first day at the property to make them understand the nuances of getting into the property and the basics involved with it.(This is my first personal rental in UK and I am a simpleton in this aspect). Apart from this brilliant work and kudos to the entire team. Hope we continue the good relationship forward. Regards Vasu G

GoogleAs a landlord it’s been tough finding the right management company who will take their duties seriously. Matt and the team have ensured that my property has remained in an excellent condition. I’m very happy with the service and would absolutely recommend for any landlords who do not wish to be so hands on with the running of your properties. Thanks guys.

GoogleI don't know whether it's true or not but one of the staff told me we need to be 21 years old to get any home from this agency.its ridiculous.so you mean the people who are below 21 are supposed to be homeless?pathetic one

GoogleMatt, Ed and the team have been brilliant. I got Matt in when we first started renovating the house and took on board his suggestions over the neccessary work to maximise potential. Once finished, as promised he very quickly found us a good quality tennant within the expected rental bracket. I would highly recommend Eathams as they are friendly, professional and knowledgeable of the local market.

GoogleA very well organised company. Very efficient service from beginning to end and won't hesitate to use Easthams & Co and to recommend to friends and relatives. Application process was excellent, straight forward process all done on line. Went to see a property on a Monday late afternoon. Put an application in the following day and the day after all processed and accepted. Can't fault the service from everyone in the branch. Well done

GoogleThis is the first time we have rented a property through Easthams & Co and it definitely will not be the last. They were professional throughout and could not have been more helpful, especially Amy (Lettings Negotiator) who made the whole process very easy for us. A very positive experience and we can highly recommend them.

GoogleThey were pretty good in finding a property for us and the process was smooth. When our shower went off, was so hard to get it sorted took 4 weeks, claimed if we had hot water it was fine? Many time we brought up the taps in the bathroom only opened a little bit so struggled to even wash ourselves in that time Towards the end of our stay which is now, we got told we will be receiving a “house inspection” no one turned up, called to see what was going on.. booked us in for the wrong day. “House inspection” booked in again, turn up with people to view the property, no warning whatsoever, had 3 people coming to view the property in the next 15 minutes, no warning whatsoever. We work from home, so we were in meetings whilst people were walking around the house. Very unprofessional, unorganised, and lies told.
