The team are professional and experienced in all matters keeping you up to date throughout the Lettings process so that you know exactly where they are up to. GoogleExcellent customer service received from Laura! I'm in the process of looking for a rental property for my father but he has a cat and this is proving very difficult. Laura advised that they didn't have any properties currently available that allowed cats, however, she could sense the desperation in my voice and very kindly offered to ring around her landlords to ask again and put my case forward. I just want to say a massive thank you for taking ownership and for trying to resolve my problem, not many people seem to do that these days. Thank you so much, Laura. Carry on the good work!

GoogleAfter just moving to England for the first time I had a great experience with Easthams. The apartment was well decorated and well maintained so it was a pleasure moving in. The staff were really helpful (particularly Dawn Tully and Laura Taylor), and I will certainly be using them again!

GoogleI have recently had a rental property through Easthams for 3 years, they always have replied promptly to emails and phone calls, any maintenance issues within the property have been fixed without delay and the staff in the office are always polite and friendly. I would recommend Easthams as a letting agent both for landlords and tenants!

GoogleExtremely professional and pleasant way to find a tenant. Easthams were so thorough in scrutinising everything I had done as a new landlord, finding an important error with the electrical certificate - Olivia even realised the bins needed emptying (which I knew)! From starting out to the tenant moving in took 11 days and their advice was detailed and first-rate.Great result and great to deal with. I would be surprised if there was a better letting agent in all of Lancashire. Many thanks for everything.

GoogleThese people were unbelievable!! First they advised me against taking on a tenant who would receive universal credit, so clearly judgemental and discrimintory, she is a responsible working single mother with two children. They instead advised me to take on two young professional men, who complained there wasn't a shower curtain. A plastic shower curtain. Useless..not a difficult problem to solve. They lost the keys to my property which they'd shown people round within a week and couldn't return them to me, they couldn't find them when my sister went in to collect them as the response indicates. I decided to rent to the young single mother who's been the best tenant I've ever had!!. I don't recommend these people. I found them to be Incompetent and discriminatory. Yes it's taken three years to write this review but better late than never. It does seem to be a theme in my experience of agencies that they lose people's keys! hence the reeds raids review also. The problem that our most vunerable members of society have is that they can't rent a property if they haven't got their universal credit through, and they can't claim universal credit until they rent a property. So they find themselves trapped, it is a vicious cycle for these people only exacerbated by risk algorithms that agency's use to advise property owners on who should be their tenent choice. You may claim that you don't discriminate, but your calculations to provide pros and cons are in fact, discrimintory, because they reduce people (human beings)to numbers and risks. Have you ever considered this? My preference was the single mother and I was not supported by the agency in my decision. Young responsible working individuals who find themselves in difficult circumstances cannot be reduced to risk benefit algorithms used by agencies to calculate pro and cons. We are human beings and deserve to be treated with some humanity and understanding of personal circumstances. I choose and urge other landlords to co create a better, kinder world where the most vunerable individuals aren't reduced to risk benefit algorithms that agency's use. Don't force this group into more desperation, give them a chance! All my best tenants have been young single working mothers! No regrets atall.

GoogleThis was my first time renting a property by myself after finishing university. It was really scary and stressful trying to find the right place in the right area both for comfort and safety reasons. I felt like I was walking into a minefield with no direction and then Easthams came along. I mainly dealt with a lovely agent called Mike who straight away listened to what I wanted, price range and location with regards to commuting to work etc. He arranged multiple visits at the drop of a hat and all the rest of the team were so helpful. They were all great houses just not 100% right for me and as time was going on I started to feel lost and stressed that I was never going to find the right one. Then I received a phone call from one of the team at Easthams to get more info from me, as they felt some of the options I chose to look at weren’t neccessarily a great place for a single young woman to live in and were maybe a bit random. They had recognised me drowning in the housing market and were so honest with me and straight away made me feel at ease and supported with the whole situation. Within 2 days they had found me the perfect place. I’m all moved in now and every step of the documentation stage was made so easy by Easthams, they made sure everything got done on time and were always around for advice or to answer any questions I had. So all I had to worry about was packing up my truck load of stuff :). I couldn’t be more happy right now and incredibly greatfull to the team at Easthams for all that they did to help me through such a crazy time.

GoogleI rented through Easthams for the last 3 1/2 years. It was the first time I’d rented having always owned my own home previously. The team at Easthams have made it a simple straightforward endeavour, they are very responsive to any enquiries and address any issues immediately. Regular property inspections were carried out and all monies handled well. I looked after the house as if it was my own during the rental period and wasn’t expecting any issues at hand back. The hand back and inspection went smoothly and my deposit was returned in full with no hassle. As a tenant I’d highly rate them and as a landlord I wouldn’t hesitate to use them either.

GoogleThe Process of renting was new to us and a little daunting but easthams made this very easy, explaining everything we needed to know about the process, they were excellent at keeping us informed of progress and ensured that everything was in place prior to signing of contracts not to delay our move in date . So far this has been a very stress free experience and we feel confident in them managing our tenancy for the next 12 months.

My moving into the property was smooth and I found Ed the manager particularly very helpful, prompt and professional in dealing with matters arising , as well as friendly. I'd recommend Easthams & Co to anyone looking to rent a property as you are likely to be impressed and enjoy your experience with the team as well as your new home.
