GoogleWe have had a tenancy with Easthams for the last 4 years and throughout this time we have had no problems at all . If anything needed doing they would send someone out straight away. They are friendly, reliable and efficient. I would not hesitate to rent through Easthams again as you know if you have a problem they will sort it out straight away . I feel they look after the tenant as well as the land lord. Great customer service . I would highly recommend.

GoogleThank you Easthams! I joined Easthams as a landlord early this year (2019) in order to let out my property. The whole process has been a pleasure. The team are fast, very helpful and professional, and follow through on their commitments ‘to the letter’. They responded to all my requests. When something needed doing to the property they “went the extra mile” to get jobs done quickly and hassle free. The team are very attentive to detail and communications are easy and timely. I’m not a large scale nor experienced landlord, and the team have made my experience very positive. A tenant was found quickly and following all the checks and steps promised. I’ve been provided with very straight forward paperwork, receipts and accounts which make keeping on top of things really simple. Very much obliged to a great organization.

GoogleWe have been with Easthams now for quite a few years having various tenants in our rented property , I can honestly say Easthams have done an excellent and professional job in finding our tenants . They keep us in touch on every step of the process from locating tenants . They thoroughly check references and constantly keep in communication to make sure that we are happy with the professional way they handle our property . Easthams also do an excellent job in keeping us informed of any issues that may arise if the tenants contact them or if a tradesman is needed for anything . They check the property regularly and send us details of everything. Inform us when things like gas safety checks etc are due. I can only speak highly of the way they do their job in such a professional and courteous service) to both ourselves and the tenant) we will always use and recommend Easthams .

GoogleAssigned a dedicated team member called Olivia. Efficient and friendly. Responded quickly to any queries and made the experience a lot less stressful than it might have been. Really worked hard to fit in with timescales and ensure things ran smoothly. Very much appreciated . I would recommend Easthams to anyone renting or buying a property

GoogleI've had an excellent experience renting with Easthams & Co for the 2 years I have been with them! They've always been so easy to get in touch with, have always checked if there were any issues with the apartment and fixed any issues really quickly. I would definitely rent with them again and would recommend others to do so. I have no complaints!

GoogleOne of the best agency around. Caring,polite,respectful and always been helpful. Couldnt fault them! I have been renting with 4 different agencies due to work commitments for the past 7years and this one is by far the best. Left a late review unfortunately but i felt it wouldnt be fair not to leave a review seen as they always put us (tenants) first. Got our deposit back within a week as well! Gutted they arent based in Burnley!

GoogleThey were quite professional and ever so helpful ! They were very supportive and acted timely when we had a flood issue in the house ! best off : they fought behind our back for what is right ( without us even knowing it ) when the landlord wanted to take out of our deposit for no justifiable reason after we have kept the house as tidy as possible and kept our part of contract ! I will say they are the best I have had to deal with and their properties are often in the best conditions ! Will give 5/5 and highly highly recommend renting through them ! Matt and Ed were superberb

GoogleI have been using Easthams’s letting agent for about 8 years. They have been professional, experienced, and caring. My properties have been let out quickly and Laura the lettings manager and the team have given me invaluable advice to update the houses. They quickly respond to emails and have contractors who carry out the work needed promptly. I have not had a problem with any tenants whom Easthams have sourced and they have left the properties to a good standard at the end of the tenancies. Mrs Mills

GoogleWe’ve just moved into our third property through Easthams and as always the process went very smoothly. From viewing to finalising the paperwork the staff are professional, honest and do their best to accommodate meeting times that suit you. If a property has ever needed maintenance it’s always dealt with promptly and if anything causes a delay (permission from landlord/lady) I’ve always been updated by the staff. I’ve always felt like I’ve been treated fairly and would highly recommend Easthams.

GoogleWe’re based overseas and the team were great at handling our tenant find! They took care of the whole process, providing a seamless, efficient and thorough service. We used to self manage but we will now be using Eastham’s for all our tenant funds moving forward.

GoogleWe have never regretted appointing Eastham's as our agent. The staff are all lovely, friendly and helpful but, most importantly, really efficient in what they do. We feel very secure knowing that our rental property is in good hands. It makes a difference that they are a family business with rentals as their main focus, thus clients are not competing with time taken for sales of properties. Can't recommend them enough. Thank you everyone at Easthams.

GoogleI couldn't have made a better choice! I am a new tenant in Preston and Easthams made the whole experience with my move absolutely brilliant from the very first second. Highest level of professionalism and extremely helpful in all the steps of my move from Cornwall. I have to make a particular reference to Matt Bowyer, the agent who was mainly involved in my move. No words can describe his professionalism and willingness to help! He always made himself available for any question I had and sorted immediately everything that was needed. 5 star service in all aspects and a huge thank you Easthams and Matt for making this difficult move a very smooth one, really grateful!

GoogleMy first time letting as a new landlord is with Easthams. They have been wonderful; friendly, supportive and responsive. Trust Matt’s recommendation on which tenants to pick; he recommended a lovely family who are excellent tenants. The team are always approachable, very quick to respond to any maintenance issues and have a list of reliable tradesmen who respond quickly when necessary. Easthams actually do perform the four-monthly inspections (as well as a very though moving in inspection) and email them through to you promptly. As rental only agents, with many years’ experience Easthams know what they are doing.

GoogleSo...as tenants, we view a property. We have met the owner of the property, they are happy with us and our 13 month old child and agree we should move in to the property. We get sent an application form for the property and a request for 250 pounds. You would think it was all done and dusted right? But no...because my partner is 20 years and 8 months old, and not 21 years old, we don't have the right to move in. Read the small print. Its a shame Ed has such rude and unhappy staff. I thought he was a decent bloke.
