GoogleI couldn't have made a better choice! I am a new tenant in Preston and Easthams made the whole experience with my move absolutely brilliant from the very first second. Highest level of professionalism and extremely helpful in all the steps of my move from Cornwall. I have to make a particular reference to Matt Bowyer, the agent who was mainly involved in my move. No words can describe his professionalism and willingness to help! He always made himself available for any question I had and sorted immediately everything that was needed. 5 star service in all aspects and a huge thank you Easthams and Matt for making this difficult move a very smooth one, really grateful!

GoogleMy first time letting as a new landlord is with Easthams. They have been wonderful; friendly, supportive and responsive. Trust Matt’s recommendation on which tenants to pick; he recommended a lovely family who are excellent tenants. The team are always approachable, very quick to respond to any maintenance issues and have a list of reliable tradesmen who respond quickly when necessary. Easthams actually do perform the four-monthly inspections (as well as a very though moving in inspection) and email them through to you promptly. As rental only agents, with many years’ experience Easthams know what they are doing.

GoogleSo...as tenants, we view a property. We have met the owner of the property, they are happy with us and our 13 month old child and agree we should move in to the property. We get sent an application form for the property and a request for 250 pounds. You would think it was all done and dusted right? But no...because my partner is 20 years and 8 months old, and not 21 years old, we don't have the right to move in. Read the small print. Its a shame Ed has such rude and unhappy staff. I thought he was a decent bloke.

GoogleThis is my first let and Easthams couldn't have made it easier; they were friendly, didn't complicate information and were so helpful. They explained everything involved, were so assuring and weren't at all pushy or pressuring to sign-up. I decided to entrust my home into their management. The letting went as they described; they found (and thoroughly vetted) a lovely family, they provide regular assurance that all is well with my home and it is all so fuss-free. I can definitely recommend their services to others and I am pleased I chose Easthams.

GoogleI would say these guys are amazing in helping the customers as I had the best services from Easthams&co staff from start to end of my tenancy. It was a very smooth transition to move in as a tenant and move out!. these guys are masters in what they do, they are so responsive for all your queries and issues. GoogleFrom a tenants perspective they are very rude to you once you have signed a contract. Their 24/7 Service is a bit of a joke. We had a burst pipe and was met with short answers as it was the AM. Upon leaving, the house was in the same condition it was given. And the staff was rude and charged £30 to change lightbulbs! Bearing in mind the majority of lightbulbs didn't work when we went in - and we left a box of them in a cupboard for any we missed. Other ridiculous charges where made. So just expect to not get much of your deposit back. We did complain - they attempted to say they have been good with us, they were not. We would not rent from them again.

GoogleI am a landlord with 20 years experience, I started to use Easthams after they were recommended by Mi Home Estate Agents after purchasing another buy to let property, I was unhappy with the national letting agents that I was using for other properties and decided to use Easthams for my new property. Easthams are exceptionally professional and a pleasure to deal with. I like to think if I was a letting agent this is the way I would deal with my customers. I have now moved my other properties from the national letting agent I was using to Easthams. I would definitely recommend Easthams whether you are a new landlord or an experienced one.

GoogleI have been using this company for the past few years, when I first got into residential property letting. I cannot praise them enough for the help they have given me over the years. Not only have they always managed to let any of my properties very quickly, but whenever I have needed advice on finding good tradesmen for occasional repairs, the boys have been just a phone call away. They give a genuinely personal service, unlike some of the other big companies. Highly recommended.

GoogleEasthams managed the rental and general upkeap of my property over a number of years whilst I was living overseas. The service they provided was always very professional, and reliable. In one particular instance where I had a problem with damage cause by a tenant, they also demonstrated an ability to actively investigate and understand the options available and to come up with pragmatic solutions rather than simply saying to the landlord 'we have a problem, what would you like us to do about it?'.

GoogleI have been a landlord for nearly 2 years now and Easthams have been my letting agents throughout. I have found them to be positive and helpful. They have done everything they said they were going to do and they provide regular updates as promised. They are good at liaising with the tenant and ensure that any problems are resolved quickly and at a reasonable cost to me. I have been impressed by their quality of service, so I have recommended them to several people who are thinking of letting their properties. I give them a deserved excellent rating - which I rarely give. Update 14th August 2014 Everything I said when I first published this review still stands. Easthams continue to be top notch letting agents. At our last lease renewal, the agents liaised with me and advised me on potential new tenants, advising me to decline some people who we later learned would have been very problematic. I have no hesitation in taking their advice at face value and without any reservation. They know what they're doing and I continue to trust them implicitly.

GoogleI have used Easthams & Co for several years now to manage property I own in Preston. I have had nothing but excellent service from them and can thoroughly recommend them. They provide a highly professional and efficient, yet friendly service. I really feel that they manage the properties as if they were their own, making sure that they are always filled very quickly with good tenants and finding the best options for any maintenance work that is required. Matt, Ed and the team definitely take all the hassle out of owning and renting property!

GoogleTenants beware. To these bods it's all about keeping the landlords sweet. No regards for tenants. They are unreasonable and don't deserve your cash. Threats of legal action because I have left a month ago and they wish to get paid for a vacant property, currently I'm still paying . Constant inspections appox every 3 months . Will never use again. I will be contacting council over a number of issues regarding the property. Not happy.

GoogleWe came across Easthams & Co after a very bad experience with a high street letting agent company which quite honestly was all about getting your money and no customer service. Since day 1 Easthams & Co have been extremely approachable, easy to deal with, taking the hassle out of things and even making the whole process feel easy! They also provided sound and impartial advice at times which was very welcome. Having now also received our first monthly statement from them it is a pleasure to be able to understand all expenses, etc. being put through. This wasn't the case with the other agents before. I would most certainly recommend Easthams & Co without a doubt.

GoogleEasthams & Co were recommended to me and when I rang them to get some details I got an excellent first impression. They were very helpful, sounded very professional and obviously had great knowledge of the local market. I decided to go for the fully managed service as I had had hassle with previous tenants whilst trying to manage it on my own. As well as advising me on that (which they didn't have to) they found me some tenants quickly and sorted out all the bits I needed like energy and gas certificate. It was really easy and hassle free, just what I wanted after dealing with my previous tenants. When there was a leak that needed repairing shortly after the tenants moved in they asked if I wanted to sort it or they could. I asked them to do it and it was sorted quickly and cheaply. A fantastic service at a good rate I wish I had taken advantage of sooner!

GoogleAfter attempting to manage a letting myself and having some serious issues with the tenant I resorted to Easthams and have not looked back. Whenever there is an issue it sorted with the minimum of fuss with surprisingly cheap contractors, they have taken the headache out of being a landlord. I would not hesitate to suggest them to anyone else
