GoogleEastham’s helped me purchase my first BTL flat and since then have managed the property for me. The service they provide is exceptional. All tenant issues were dealt with in a timely fashion and any repairs or maintenance issues were dealt with and sourced at minimal cost to myself and with minimal disruption to my tenants. I can not recommend them highly enough.

GoogleAs a landlord I've used Easthams for 6 years now. I found them via a recommendation through family, who had used them as tenants and were very happy with the service. My own experience with Eastham's has been great, and I wouldn't use anyone else. Fast, fair, knowledgeable and my own tenants have been happy too. Perfect.
