GoogleWe approached Easthams to see if they could help rent out our flat last year. Their friendly and efficient service meant that we could relax in confidence and let them do all the hard work! They found a tenant very quickly and he has also been a first class tenant in every way. I would definately use them again and would highly recommend them.

Little things like this mean a lot to me and this is why I'm leaving this review. UPDATE: Easthams managed my property over the last 12 months. Everything that was promised was done. Very professional service.

GoogleFast & efficient. Eastham's have both the the agent and tenant in mind when conducting business. Very friendly, trustworthy and knowledgeable staff. I had poor personal experience recently when renting myself through a national company. Due to this poor experience, it has become clear that Eastham's being a family firm, are streets ahead of the national companies. Excellent value for money. Ian P.

From the start I haven't had to get involved with the management of my property as Easthams always keep me up to date with my tennant and replace them as soon as they move out. GoogleEven though I did not sign a lease with them, I had a great experience with Easthams & Co. Specifically their Letting negotiator, Amy S. She did a terrific job and kept me updated by sending me available flats and scheduled viewings that fit within my schedule. Highly recommend this company, and specifically Amy.

Easthams was one of only two that responded and then ended up the only ones negotiating with me the others just didn't reply. Living in Gloucestershire Easthams make reletting my place in Preston really easy! Julian
