GoogleI have been delighted with the management service I have received from Easthams and readily recommend them to other landlords. They are a smaller firm than some Estate agents,and so are able to be interested in each tenancy. They are professional,but also pleasant in their approach to their work. They have provided regular appropriate contact in relation to any necessary repairs to the property. I have found them thoroughly trustworthy

GoogleHaving managed my portfolio myself, so I realize how difficult it can be. When we decided to hand it over to an agent we have had mixed results from other local agents. Having finally decided to use Easthams&Co we seem to have found the best of the bunch. We are more than happy with their service and won't be changing agent any time soon.

GoogleEasthams have been managing 2 properties in the Chorley area for me for a number of years now. Totally dependable in terms of the quality of tenants and tradesmen they use. Would I use another agency in the post code areas they operate? No not at all,why would I? A 1st class service from a family run team, who have excellent knowledge and are willing to go that extra yard.

GoogleEastham’s helped me purchase my first BTL flat and since then have managed the property for me. The service they provide is exceptional. All tenant issues were dealt with in a timely fashion and any repairs or maintenance issues were dealt with and sourced at minimal cost to myself and with minimal disruption to my tenants. I can not recommend them highly enough.
