GoogleMissed a phone call. Rang back within 10mins. Left a message with their colleague who came across as vague. Rang back again to find the person I needed had left for the day and the person on the other end of the phone was too busy to help and from a different department. 2days later still waiting for that phone call?!

GoogleI used Swetenhams to try and find a place in Frodsham/Helsby. I was on a fairly tight deadline and also had to find a place that would allow a dog, which as you can imagine at the moment is very difficult. I had Nathan Davies helping me out and to be honest out of the many agents I've spoken to over the last few weeks, he is the only one that has stood out in terms of service. He has: - Updated me directly via phone on suitable properties appearing on the market. - Checked in with me to see how my situation is. GoogleLast year we met one of the agents at Swetenhams ( Frodsham ) who’s name I believe is Jack Watson , I have to say this guy is the best person in the that Frodsham office , he was very polite very knowledgeable in his field and when he said something he did it ! And even took calls of me well out of office hours which is so rare now adays , this guy needs to me heading his own big branch with a big pay rise that’s for sure !!! Jack not sure you will ever get to read this , but if you do , keep it up the good work dude your definitely destined for great things !!

GoogleI would highly recommend the branch, I'd like to call out Jack and Liam who assisted with the sale of my Property. Jack in particular who organized a security systems firm to attend to my Burglar Alarm whilst I was out of the country after an attempted break in. I have nothing but the highest praise for him and found him to be most professional, going beyond what is required of an Residential Sales Valuer on more than one occasion

GoogleI found Jenny at Swettenhams Frodsham to be efficient and helpful, she provided assistance with all the requirements for letting which was particularly welcome as I was new to it and found a tenant very quickly. I would definitely recommend her and the team.

GoogleLandlords if you get Nathan allocated to your property run for the hills. I'm now getting hassle from tenants as he decided what was best for us all , but was actually only best for him. This isn't the first time he has caused me hassle and I did state he should never have anything to do with my property last time, but that was ignored.NegativeQuality
