GoogleLast year we met one of the agents at Swetenhams ( Frodsham ) who’s name I believe is Jack Watson , I have to say this guy is the best person in the that Frodsham office , he was very polite very knowledgeable in his field and when he said something he did it ! And even took calls of me well out of office hours which is so rare now adays , this guy needs to me heading his own big branch with a big pay rise that’s for sure !!! Jack not sure you will ever get to read this , but if you do , keep it up the good work dude your definitely destined for great things !!

GoogleI would highly recommend the branch, I'd like to call out Jack and Liam who assisted with the sale of my Property. Jack in particular who organized a security systems firm to attend to my Burglar Alarm whilst I was out of the country after an attempted break in. I have nothing but the highest praise for him and found him to be most professional, going beyond what is required of an Residential Sales Valuer on more than one occasion

GoogleI found Jenny at Swettenhams Frodsham to be efficient and helpful, she provided assistance with all the requirements for letting which was particularly welcome as I was new to it and found a tenant very quickly. I would definitely recommend her and the team.

Dreadful. Wind you in with their extras. Want you to pay for pay for the conveyancing before property is listed. And the solicitors really harass. The people in office actually have a personal opinion of the property. Zero communication. Vendors arrive and you are not informed. Avoid at costs

GoogleLandlords if you get Nathan allocated to your property run for the hills. I'm now getting hassle from tenants as he decided what was best for us all , but was actually only best for him. This isn't the first time he has caused me hassle and I did state he should never have anything to do with my property last time, but that was ignored.NegativeQuality
