For first time renters, Nicola and Jenny could not have been more helpful, friendly and supportive towards us! Nicola went well out of her way to provide multiple viewings for us in order to cater to our working hours, as well as making us feel heard when talking about what we were looking for in a property. I recently had advice and support from Mortgage Services Partner, Rebecca. Her experience and knowledge of mortgages was amazing and just what I needed. It was my first time renewing my mortgage, so I had many questions; Rebecca patiently answered all of these and clarified any misconceptions. With so much uncertainty around rates at the moment, Rebecca was able to present me with options that were both realistic, and ultimately really good products. My process began just before an online auction for a property in Frodsham. Rebecca was recommended to me by one of the staff at Swetenhams as I was very short of time. Nevertheless the MIP was secured quickly and efficiently. As it was that property sold to higher bidder but it made sense to continue with the funding which was in place. Every thing was completed professionally with my being kept informed of everything that occurred. I was also assisted by Rebecca during a tricky period during the conveyancing. Would highly recommend for mortgage advisor and anyone looking to sell. We have used mortgage advisors and mainly had meetings over the phone. Meeting Adam face to face and going through all options was fantastic, what seemed to be days of waiting and discussing with another mortgage advisor over the phone was all done in a 1 hour meeting with Adam . Absolutely Fantastic, for the tenants (us) and the landlord. We have just left our home of three years in Frodsham, on Main Street, and feel compelled to leave a review. From day 1, Jenny was a delight as she showed us the very few places that fitted our requirements (a 4 bed in frodsham town centre, suitable for a young family with new baby!). Our situation was a little unique and that didn't put her off finding a solution. We found the absolutely perfect house and managed to get it over the line. Over the next 3 years they have been great with all the maintenance and just friendly and pleasant to deal with. I am genuinely going to miss walking past with our little toddler and exchanging waves on our way to Devonshire Bakery. There were a load of issues when we left (our fault) and they helped sort it out with the landlords and even held onto some post for us because we hadnt done the redirect on time! We got to know the landlords well, as they still did the garden, and can tell they were happy with everything and sad to see us go. This was first class from start to finish, we will be dropping off wine, chocs and flowers to say thanks.

I have known Jenny at Swetenhams Frodsham for a number of years now. whilst I have been looking both to rent and on occasions but property in the area. Jenny has always been highly professional and prompt for viewings and in responding to any entities I have had about properties.Jenny has been proactive and we have now found the perfect property for me rent. Jenny was brilliant at the second viewing following uo three queries within the hour and sorting all of my questions out. Following that Jenny has gone above and beyond helping me through the whole process of renting step by step and supporting me with technological issues. Renting can be daunting and is not something you do often Jenny has helped me with every issue and with every step I have needed to undertake doing much more than would be expected and has been a God send. I am so very grateful to Nicola and Jenny for providing such a professional, warm, and understanding service. From the get-go, Nicola was warm and understanding of the time-sensitivity of our situation. As first-time, young renters, my boyfriend and I felt that we were considered just as important as other older prospective tenants. This is not the case with all estate agents so we really appreciated that we were treated as such. Nicola went out of her way to show us an additional property on the day of viewings and we secured a beautiful place on the same day.
