GoogleI sold my house through these guys and I can honestly say that I had the most incredible experience using them.
Richard, Monte and Hollie are an absolute credit to Swetanhams, the team went above and beyond with everything to ensure my house move was stress free and seamless.
Richard’s extensive expert knowledge helped me countless times through the process of moving, and always reassured me whenever anything stressed me out, monte was the driving force constantly keeping on top of all the various parties involved to make sure the house move was quick, efficient and was always at the end of the phone should I need him.
Hollie was amazing, efficient and pushed the boat out countless times, helped manage the entire sale and was always willing to help out whenever necessary.
These guys managed to get a sell and a buy completed in just over 2 months, which is utterly insane how quick they managed to sort it. They are not bound by the clock and will treat you with the utmost care.
If you manage to come across these guys, immediately ring them and book them because you will not regret it.

GoogleThey took £9200.00 in advance rent, failed to specify parking arrangements, (over subscibed car park) which led to verbal abuse from a neighbour, then was never able to park again, was denied early release of tenancy even after offering to pay for full re listings ect and was told there are plenty of other places to park in frodsham, anyone who understands (cheshire police do) will know every squre inch in a village is accounted for, I fell like I was robbed and patronized, (i left) after 1 month in 12, I only went for this property to help a near by terminally ill family member and ultimately got robbed of our dignity and money. They will apear on a bbc consumer programme and check trustpilot for the REAL reviews. discusting obsurd way to treat people, 25 year resident of frodsham being told to park in other peoples property is what you get from this company. Please dont reply, it just comes accross as unnatural and not human.
