GoogleI would highly recommend Rahim and Simon here at the Frimley Estate Agency. I have bought a house with them and with the process taking much longer than it needed to Rahim stepped up and chased everyone end to end and has found time to walk me through everything. I cannot recommend them enough. I have managed to buy the house thanks to them and their dedication to help clients complete on time.

Explained the process and was always at the end of the phone, to explain each process and procedures, around the sale. He was always, friendly and a helpful in a professional manner. GoogleHayden the client manager was the first point of contact in relation to selling my home. He was very well presented enthusiastic and keen to market the home in a very professional manner. He arranged for Stephen the sales negotiator to take the photographs again a very smart well presented young man who did a fantastic job with the photos. Selling a house is very stressful but not with Bridges, as I was fully informed of the progress and the team were always polite extremely helpful and I was treated as though I was the only client they had to deal with. Once the house was sold the pressure was on me to find a house and having made an offer on another property this eventually fell through. Time was getting close to completion and Hayden informed me of a house on the market which I could view immediately. Simon also client manager met me and showed me the property. As soon as I walked round I knew this was for me, it ticked all the boxes so I made a offer. This was accepted and very quickly things were moving fast. I moved in to my new home last week and I am so happy and content it feels like this house was waiting for me. I cannot thank the team enough they work so well together to make moving as smooth as possible. I would highly recommend them to others and they have made a dream come true for me. I can't recommend Bridges highly enough. They made a very difficult situation of selling a loved ones house, so much easier. They were responsive, quick to action and in constant communication (but not too much). From the initial discussions with Alfie Borszcz right through to the viewings, offers and legals with Katherine Ellis, they have been truly brilliant. I was dreading this process but Alfie and in particular Kathy made it so smooth.I can't actually believe we are at the end of the journey with the house sold and completed in 3 months. Thank you so much.

Bridges Estate Agents Lettings have made my property search journey stress free, I was very impressed with the level of service from the whole team. From starting with an awful experience with other local agents, Bridges soon turned my experience into a positive one. Due to having quite a wide search area, Sean and the Aldershot team, Mitch and the Camberley team and Dean and the Farnborough team listened to our needs and were very quick and knowledgeable to tell us of any new instructions coming to the market. This was so helpful as we did have a deadline to met.A special thank you to Callum, who helped us find a property that suited all our needs and as you can imagine we had many questions, but Callum was always very efficient in answering them. Also a massive thank you to Hannah Kirby and Claire Ing who took over after my offer was accepted, I honestly could not have done it without them. They were fantastic and went above and beyond for us. We are now 2 weeks into moving into our new home and we couldn't be happier. Property management have been a great support with our onward journey.Overall a super service from start to finish and would highly recommend to anyone that's looking to rent or buy.

If you are selling your home in Hook you HAVE to go with Bridges! They sold our flat on first viewing - they are worth every penny! Kevin came out a couple of times to talk us through the process then took fabulous photos of our flat! He was so nice & made the early process a breeze. We were so excited to get our first viewing & even more shocked when they sold our flat full asking price on the first viewing!! Kathy then took us on at Bridges to get us through the sale process & she has been fabulous! Nicest lady & incredibly helpful getting our exchange over the line. It's so nice to feel supported & like you have someone fighting your corner helping you every step of the way. We cannot thank you enough Kathy you are brilliant! Being the tenant, I wasn’t the direct client or an immediate concern, however Iain went above and beyond to keep me informed every step of the way and went out of his way to ensure my interests were protected throughout the transaction. Selling this house has been one of the most emotionally difficult experiences of my life due to an incredibly in-amicable separation, however, from the moment I met Iain to show him around my house, he did everything he could to make the process as easy and as comfortable as possible. He was on the phone updating me constantly. His advice was solid and reliable. He was patient and supportive. GoogleI recently moved from a rented property which Bridges of Aldershot were managing. I felt it necessary to leave a review to say how impressed I was with Esther Nicholls -Executive Client manager. She proved to be the ultimate professional and nothing was too much trouble for her. Her customer service was second to none. Bridges is extremely lucky to have such a positive, helpful and professional member of staff. I would recommend using Bridges if all their staff are as competent as Esther.

GoogleWhen my wife and I decided we wanted to sell our house and buy another, the dread of dealing with an Estate Agents brought us both to feel like not selling at all!! We just knew it would exasperate us completely, the sterotypical Estate Agent, constantly annoying us!! We bit the bullet and asked 3 agents to come and look at our property, one said they could only come in a weeks time, the next gave me the whole sales speach for about 30 minutes solid about how wonderful they were, but then couldn't get to me until next week. The third (Bridges) called me back within 10 minutes of logging my interest on the internet and said they would happily come the following day. So the following day came and Simon came to visit, both my husband and I were amazed at how much knowledge he had of the market, how honest and professional he was, and how much a geniunely nice guy he was. We signed up, as we both didn't want to wait until next week for the others. We were amazed at how smoothly it went from there, everyone who answered my phone calls were lovely and helpful. No problem was stupid or an issue to them. Both Simon and Iain were completely professional, competent and efficient during the process of selling of our home and helping us find the house of our dreams. I can not recommed Bridges enough, they could not have been more of the opposite of what I was expecting from an estate agent!! They were fully understanding and patient with people's emotional feelings and ties, instead of making a quick buck, they were willing to give everyone time to make an important, yet emotional decision, this really impressed me. GoogleSimply put don't go anywhere else if you are looking to buy and/or sell a house! Bridges has given me a fantastic experience as a first time seller and buying a new house. I initially found a house for sale with Bridges I liked and met Simon. Absolutely best person I could have asked to have throughout the entire process of buying and selling. Simon is very knowledgeable, friendly, easy to get in contact with (don't underestimate this quality!) and he works incredibly hard from start to finish, giving reassuring communication the entire way. My only regret is I didn't go with the lawyers at Bridges themselves as mine were rather shocking! Our house was put on the market and had multiple offers on the first open day, which we accepted. Whilst this fell through initially by the weekend as buyer wasn't as serious, Simon worked hard and got us another competitive offer a week later and kept the chain together as we had been accepted on the house we had offered on. There will naturally be hiccups along the way with any chain, but Bridges took on all the stress for me and dealt with everything in a timely manner and was excellent with their communication throughout. The entire team at Bridges is brilliant in my opinion. Always answer the phones, emails, have time for you, I can trust them with a key to my house and only bring over genuine potential buyers. They always go the extra mile when there is any need and I just really appreciated being kept up to date so regularly, also never feeling like I was being a nuisance. If you have a question just ask them, they never make you feel stupid even if you may think or feel a bit silly to ask in the first place. So buying or selling I would recommend them in a heart beat and as I did both, I can say this with the utmost confidence!
