GoogleSimon Kerry is highly recommended. We started the sale of my late Mum's house just as the housing market was starting to lose value and sales became harder to achieve. Simon was friendly, competent, empathetic and efficient. He discussed options for selling and provided advice to ensure we achieved the best possible price for the property. We received regular progress updates and the sale went smoothly. Thank you again Simon for your assistance.

GoogleI would highly recommend Rahim and Simon here at the Frimley Estate Agency. I have bought a house with them and with the process taking much longer than it needed to Rahim stepped up and chased everyone end to end and has found time to walk me through everything.
I cannot recommend them enough. I have managed to buy the house thanks to them and their dedication to help clients complete on time.

TrustpilotHuge disappointment, big waste of time..
So me and my husband called Bridges to try and arrange a viewing, my husband spent almost 10 minutes on the phone to go through the registration process. The lady said we could go for the viewing also gave us date and time, then she said we would need to wait for a confirmation email. We never received any email. We eventually called the office the following day only to hear them say that we couldn't see the house since our house that is on the market is not under offer. They clearly consider showing a property to someone who's not in the position to buy "tomorrow" like a waste of time. My husband said "they lost a potential buyer cause if I am searching for a house and I see one I really fall in love with they cannot know if I can manage to find a way to buy it". Honestly this kind of service is not helping buyers or sellers. Maybe is just helping them to get less work to do. Such a shame.

GoogleMy experience with Bridges Estate Agents (Frimley) was extremely disappointing and stressful. I regret signing their contract and strongly advise other sellers to proceed with caution.
1. High-Pressure Selling and Misrepresentation
I initially contacted the agent simply for a property valuation. I was pressured to sign a Sole Selling Rights contract on the same day (20 October 2025). The agent repeatedly claimed they were "the best in the business," spoke negatively about competitors, and strongly encouraged me to use their recommended solicitor despite my clear preference to use my own.
2. Zero Performance and Poor Management
Despite these assurances, my property was marketed for the 8-week period and received zero confirmed viewings.
I had clearly informed the agent that I was unavailable on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. When they eventually mentioned two potential buyers, the suggested viewing was on a Wednesday. No effort was made to propose alternative dates or manage availability proactively. This lack of action was later referenced by the agent as a reason for the absence of viewings.
3. Lack of Professionalism in Marketing
When a representative attended my property to take marketing photographs, papers were left on the floor and on furniture. These items were visible in the photographs that were later published online for advertising. This demonstrated a clear lack of care and basic professionalism in presenting my home for sale.
4. Attempted Extension of Contractual Liability
After the 8-week period ended, I served my 21-day termination notice in line with the contract. However, the administrative team attempted to state that my Sole Selling Rights liability extended until 9 March 2026, instead of the correct termination date of 6 January 2026. I had to re-read my own contract and challenge this date to correct the record.
5. Contradictory Information Regarding Viewers
Despite repeatedly stating that no viewings had taken place, the agency later sent a list of two alleged "viewers," which contradicted earlier emails from their staff confirming that no viewings were successfully arranged. This inconsistency caused unnecessary confusion and appeared to be an attempt to preserve a potential future commission claim.
Overall, I felt pressured at the start, ignored during the marketing period, and handled aggressively once I exercised my right to terminate the agreement. The service provided was minimal, while significant emphasis appeared to be placed on maintaining contractual control rather than delivering results.
I strongly recommend that sellers avoid Sole Selling Rights agreements with this firm or seek independent legal advice before signing.

The team at Bridges were all very helpful in the sale of our property, with Keith keeping us well informed throughout the initial sale process. Kathy form the move support team then took over and was instrumental in getting us through to completion. I would absolutely recommend them.

GoogleEverything was handled very professionally from the valuation through to successfully completing the contract exchange. Also throughout Iain - the King of Bridges as he became known - maintained his sense of humour, was always willing to go that extra mile to make sure everyone was contacted and chased when needed and kept me fully informed at all stages. The only disappointing part was the recommendation of the solicitors - that service absolutely did not meet my expectations.PositiveResponsiveness

TrustpilotWe would like to send our appreciation for Enzo Seaman
We would like to send our appreciation to Enzo Seaman for all the help that he has given us with buying our house. We initially metEnzo by Bridges Agency, when buying our new property and he was welcoming, professional, and treated us with utmost kindness. He provided us with a seamless tour through the property and detailed all the factors regarding the house with an inspiring enthusiasm and passion. After buying our new house of 17 years renting we had no doubt that we would appreciate Enzo's services again. This was our first property that we have bought, and despite the process being quite new to us, Enzo was yet again organised, kind and truthful. He guided us in the right direction, by giving us a fair feedback start with mortgage, solisitors, insurer etc. Overall, we strongly believe that Enzo is hardworking and diligent, and has been a great help to us. From our heart Thank you so much for all your help.

We are very grateful to Mel who handled the sales progression of a difficult transaction for us. She happily put herself in the middle of multi-way communications between various solicitors and maintained a cheery reassuring demeanour at very stressful times. We got there in no small part thanks to her advocacy. Thank you.

ASK FOR YOUR CLEANING RECEIPT WHEN YOU LEAVE. They tried to fleece me £288 for cleaning, taking it out of my deposit. When I pushed them for a receipt, they got back to me later after a lot of nudges with the actual receipt being £150. They were a nightmare to deal with throughout and the person I dealt with was very rude and arrogant. Don't use.

TrustpilotSean Hanly at Bridges Aldershot provided a thoroughly professional service and is highly recommended.
Bridges Aldershot provided a really outstanding service when we sought to rent a property recently. Sean Hanly is a personable and highly professional member of staff and within a very short space of time made all the right connections and put us in touch with the perfect property for our needs. It is clear that his personal knowledge of the area and the property stock registered with the Company enabled him to secure a let very rapidly. We viewed the property and immediately signed a lease and had a stress free experience throughout. We highly recommend Bridges and particularly Sean Hanly.

GoogleWe recently sold our house with Simon Kelly and would definitely use him again in the future. He was clear and very personable at our first meeting, giving us very fair expectations, and he sold our house for full asking on the first viewing. Everything went fairly smoothly from there, but when there were issues, Simon was always at the end of the phone to help us get things sorted and back on track! We had a great experience with him and Bridges and would highly recommend them.

Very happy to recommend Nikki at Bridges Farnborough, special mention to Tadgh who made the introduction which led to the sale. Nikki kept in close contact with us which is so important, professional and reassuring as we always knew what was happening and when. Six years after first trying to move, three agents and third time lucky we have quickly and successfully exchanged contracts and are working hard to pack ready for completion in early August. We worked in partnership with Nikki and the team to make it happen this time.

TrustpilotTHE WORST ESTATE AGENTS IN MY OPINION
I've bought and sold a number of houses and I have found Bridges to be the worst estate agents. I won’t use them again. I have tried to work with them regarding my concerns but there was no improvement, despite chasing them and eventually making a complaint (which they closed without addressing any concerns). They've had plenty of opportunities to resolve this but they haven't so here I am writing a review to warn others! My contact was the branch manager in Farnborough ("T"). At the start he seemed enthusiastic, professional, helpful and it was my understanding that we were on the same page. I made it clear that I wanted to sell my house but I'd acknowledged various difficulties in the housing market and for this reason I asked if he felt there as anything I could do help sell my property. I was told "you've done it all". I asked him and his team to let me know if there was anything I could do to change the property once they start doing viewings and receive feedback. This all changed after I signed up. All communication from him stopped - in fact during our contract term nobody contacted me to discuss my property. Other agents would call me to check in. Two properties came for sale on my road with other agents and sold. Viewings would go ahead on my property and I wouldn't hear anything. After a few days I would follow up asking for feedback and it would go to voicemail so I'd have to wait for them to call me (to book further viewings). I would frequently be told; i) we haven't been able to contact the people ii) I didn't do the viewings but I'll ask the person who did to call you (they rarely did). There were times where they had feedback recorded on their system but nobody had bothered to tell me. Each time I explained that it's useful for me to have feedback because there maybe things I can do to get sold. I had this same conversation with at least 5 people but got the impression they didn't want to know. I would increasing receive calls from "L" in their central team to book viewings and I would also ask her for feedback but this would be referred back to the Farnborough office. I called my contact "T "and for a very brief period I received some feedback on viewings before this stopped again. It got to the point where I told them there's no point doing viewings if I never hear anything back. Things still didn't improve and it seemed I was getting very little from Bridges. I asked for feedback on a specific viewing and when our contract was due to end. I was told they didn't have this information so they'd ask T to call me. Of course he didn't, he was working that day but asked someone else to call me. I was told there is a system note that "TQ" had already called me with feedback which I had stated was incorrect. After the call I checked my phone records, text messages, voicemails and emails which confirmed the fact that they had not contacted me. So either they have lied about calling me or they've dialled an incorrect number and spoken to someone else about my property. I was told our contract had ended and he followed up by emailing me asking me to reply providing notice to end our contract! On the call he said they may have contacted my partner - this is also incorrect (and impossible) as I'm the sole seller, they do not have my partners contact details and my partner has had no involvement in the sale of my property. I replied providing notice to end our contract. I copied in T and the other person I had been dealing with, stating my concerns, as detailed above. Another agent who had sold a nearby property contacted me and was surprised my property hadn't sold. I mentioned I had found Bridges to be useless and he said he hears this a lot and he's actually taken on another property from them as the vendor has experienced similar issues to me. It was refreshing to deal with an agent who can be bothered to show interest in my property. I hadn't received a response to my email to Bridges so I followed up asking them to take my property off the market and how I get the key returned. I'd had enough. A few days went by I still hadn't heard anything so I followed up. I had previously used Bridges in 2017 to sell my previous property. I struggled to get a reply from my contact and after my property went under offer I tried to view properties they had advertised but they never came back to me so I never got to view them! I thought things would be better this time with the new contact but I was very wrong - things are far worse. Eventually the head of sales called and said he'd looked into my concerns. I stated I would never use Bridges again and remained unhappy but he had nothing to say so the call ended. I received a reply stating they had closed my complaint. To be clear it’s not resolved and this guy hasn’t listened to me as in the reply letter summarising our call he missed off various key points that we discussed. AVOID!
