The sole reason I would you bridges again is Hayley, the Sales Progressor. She sang from the same hymn sheet as me and was completely on board and ready for action whenever I needed her, often already actioning what I needed before I had spoken to her! We had an incredibly fast sale and that was all down to her. Thanks so much Hayley, you made what is often a horrendous experience, fast and easy as well as adding humour in along the way!

Booked two viewings never turned up for either on time or actually show the property one of the times didn't even have the keys. Rude don't care avoid.... And the 4.9 Google reviews they proudly have all over their office is false marketing and out of date

Melanie at Bridges has been brilliant throughout our house purchase, along with Libby and Matt. Between them, emails and queries get answered instantly, nothing sits waiting around. When issues came up with the sale they flagged them straight away and pushed to get things addressed. After using 2 other estate agents, Bridges (Hook) managed to book more appointments within the first 10 days than the previous agents put together! The sale process has been long but Kathy has been invaluable to the whole process, chasing and keeping us updated - she was on the journey with us. I would recommend Bridges to anyone else looking to sell.

GoogleDespite being very friendly and demonstrating strong knowledge of the local property market, I cannot recommend Bridges Estate Agents in Frimley based on my experience. They were very quick and persistent in encouraging buyers to increase their offers. However, their performance with paperwork was extremely poor. After the offer was accepted, Bridges failed to prepare the necessary documents (such as the memorandum of sale) within the timeframe they had indicated. During this time, the property remained advertised as available, which led to another offer being submitted. As a result, the entire process effectively restarted, creating unnecessary pressure and pushing the price up again. Overall, a deeply frustrating and disappointing experience. I would not recommend Bridges Estate Agents in Frimley.

My tenancy with Bridges letting agents of Farnborough is finally coming to and end and I couldn’t be happier. Problem after problem since the day we moved in. Grossly unprofessional and never willing to hold their hands up when in the wrong, they would rather try and accuse their tenants of lying.One of the agents had arranged a viewing today from 1.00 - 2.00, my wife and I with our daughter made sure we left ample time for the viewings to finish so we pulled up to the house at 2.20 and the agent was still present with the people viewing the property so we couldn’t pull up our drive which meant we had to go and waste another 15 minutes. When we returned, one of the doors was unlocked. I sent an email about the issue and the cowardly individual dealing with the case decided to call my wife rather than reply in a formal email. The representative tried to argue about the viewing going over until my wife offered to show our CCTV for proof, the representative then tried to argue that the agent wouldn’t have left the door unlocked - it was unlocked!If I could leave a minus star review I would but unfortunately I have to leave an incredibly flattering 1 star.

My experience with Bridges has been brilliant, and Simon Kerry especially. I have moved several times and my experience with estate agents has not been great, but Simon has restored my faith. He couldn’t do enough for us and definitely went above and beyond. He called back promptly every time I called and he wasn’t available. He went out of his way to answer any queries I had and was quite simply a Star!. I would thoroughly recommend Bridges, their professionalism and dedication and experienced staff made what is usually a very stressful experience much less so.

Jonathan Stanton went above and beyond to help our family with the sale of the house, it wasn't easy as we're all in different countries. He was assisting us even after the sale was complete, the customer service is amazing. Shoutout to Hayley too who was quick to assist and respond.

GoogleWe made an offer on a property in Sandhurst in March. Property was not in the best condition but we made it clear that we didn't mind doing the work(lots). We have been very transparent from the beginning with the sales person that we have just listed our property (even provided our agent details). They reluctantly accepted our offer and then told us that the vendor decided to accept another offer. We understand that we were not 'proceedable' at that stage, fair enough. However, that property was back in the market (even now) as I am writing this review but not a single call to us to even inquire if we were still interested. Found that rather amusing as they have 'decided' that we were either not qualified or can't afford that property. It is quite common for any property buyer to have a chain but we were 'written off' completely because of that. Anyways, we have found and our offer is accepted on another property also in Sandhurst at a £115k more than this property that Bridges is trying to sell. The sales person from this other company have been so professional, understanding, polite and worked with us so well. To expedite things, we have even accepted a lower offer on our current property so that we are 'proceedable'. The reason I am writing this review is because we felt 'written off' and judged and that is just so wrong. Lots to learn from your excellent competitor and btw, having a chain is completely normal.

We initially met David, when buying our new property and he was welcoming, professional, and treated us with utmost kindness. He provided us with a seamless tour through the property and detailed all the factors regarding the house with an inspiring enthusiasm and passion. After buying our new house and beginning to go through the process of selling our current house, we had no doubt that we would appreciate David’s services again. This was our first property that we have sold, and despite the process being quite new to us, David was yet again organised, kind and truthful. He guided us in the right direction, by giving us a fair evaluation, and was able to sell the property quickly. Overall, we strongly believe that David is hardworking and diligent, and has been a great help to us. We could not recommend his services more.

I have been working alongside different estate agents as I am looking for a property to buy.The service here is just amazing. I met Maia who was very efficient at showing me around the property no pressure was applied as soon as she knew I was looking for something else. Instead she asked what exactly I was after then proceeded to send me details of the exact homes that I would like to purchase.I spoke to Ben by phone and again the service stands out as being one of if not the best I have come across.I feel valued even although I am aware that they have many clients to look after but it does not feel that way.I highly recommend using this company as they obviously know how to recruit GOOD people!

GoogleVery unprofessional experience with this estate agency. The agent asked me to take time off work to view a property and gave me a specific time to be there. After answering what felt like a hundred questions, he finally said "okay", but never actually confirmed the appointment. Later, he blamed it on the landlord not responding. This is not how you treat people who are seriously looking for a home. Poor communication, lack of responsibility, and complete disregard for other people's time. I do not recommend wasting your time with them.

Laura has been amazing, from selling our house to helping us with our purchase. She was regularly in touch when our home went on the market, and gave advice regarding open days. The team at Bridges stayed in touch with updates on offers and then when we had a buyer helped move things along. On our purchase communication has been swift and she has responded to any requests in timely and professional way.

They showed NO enthusiasm or interest in selling our property in Woking and was a waste of three months! There is nothing more to say. Most of the phone calls was us chasing them for a response. Stay away or advertise with multiple agencies if possible.
