Dear Prabin, We are known for our enthusiasm, customer focus and our experienced, proactive property management team so your 1 star rating came as a surprise to us. Unfortunately I am struggling to locate your details to discuss your experience with you. Would you mind reaching out to me at eratcliffe@bridges.co.uk with more details about your experience with Bridges Frimley? Any more light you could shed on what happened would be much appreciated and would help me to find the right solution moving forward. Thank you so much, and I look forward to hearing from you! Emma

Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
