Nina Harris took over the reins during David’s paternity leave and with all in place she struck gold by achieving the full asking price in a matter of days. With the help of Nina and David, both solicitors and the buyer we were able to complete in less than 14 weeks. So well done to all concerned.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleDealing with Martin & Co, who contacted us after taking over Halhams, was a good move for us. Initially Will Pugh came to talk to us about our requirements, we showed him around and he gave us an honest opinion and set out our options. We chose letting only and within a very short time Will had drawn up an appealing advertisement, giving detailed specifications and put it on the market. By his next visit he introduced us to a prospect tenant resulting in a deal. The friendly back up team at the office (Shelley Wise, Julie Hayden, Phoebe Webb, Katie Charlier and Matt Morris) carried out the administration, checks and reports efficiently, professionally and as speedily as possible. We can highly recommend Martin & Co of Folkestone.

GoogleBrilliant agency and service. I have very positive experience with the agency. Agents are friendly and they are doing their job amazing quick. In less then 2 weeks since we contacted agency, we were able to pick up our keys and move into our new home. And also, in the same time they found a tenant for the flat we were moving out from. We also got our deposit back for flat that we were moving out from in just couple of days and nothing has been deducted from it! Would definitely recommend the agency.

GoogleWe recently moved to Folkestone, renting while we look around for a place to buy. Will at Martin & Co could not have been more helpful. He was very understanding of our needs - e.g. registering a four year-old in time for local schools - and met them with an extensive knowledge of what was happening around town. As a result, we are now living in a beautiful flat, very hopeful of settling down soon in a "forever home".
