GoogleI would rate 0 stars if I could. Although I have not dealt with the block management team at Martin & Co personally, I am writing after witnessing the experience of someone close to me and reviewing the company’s public responses to other customers.
A clear pattern emerges where concerns are not meaningfully addressed. Instead of acknowledging issues or taking responsibility, replies appear highly formal and defensive, often shifting focus away from the complaint itself. This gives the impression that protecting the company’s image takes priority over resolving residents’ problems.
From what I have observed, attempts to raise legitimate concerns are met with interruptions, dismissiveness, or rehearsed responses that sound supportive on the surface but do not lead to any real action. This approach can feel frustrating and invalidating for those seeking help.
Good block management relies on listening, accountability, and respectful communication. Based on what I have seen, these qualities appear to be lacking, which does not inspire confidence in the service provided.
Based on this experience, I would not recommend their block management services, particularly if responsive and respectful customer service is important to you.

In the mean time when we had any other questions I would just pop her an email and she would get back to me straight away with an answer. I have had bad experiences with a different agent taking a long time to do everything and being very unresponsive but this has been a welcome change to being efficient and organised.
