Did the job.We had two estate agents at Romans but primarily spoke with Oliver L. Always very prompt in communication. Can be difficult to get through the phone lines (might just be the way of the job/being away from the desk) but always accessible via e-mail.No question was a silly question with them.

Romans generally pretty disorganised but thank god for Bradley Frederick who helped navigate the chaos. He's a fantastic property manager who was super accessible and very helpful in getting pragmatic solutions to any issues. I highly recommend him, and moginie james (as was) Romans, not so much.

The Romans lettings team in Uxbridge are disorganised, dishonest, and completely unreliable. Will never rent with them again! The agents are lazy and do not return phone calls or emails, no matter how urgent the issue is. Still haven't recieved our deposit back after moving out a month ago, no replies and no apologies given.
