Romans customer service is absolutely shocking. Communication is awful, they have not replied to my friends email regarding her deposit for a number of days despite this being sent to 4 different people and has been chased on numerous occasions. Her whole experience with his company has been disgraceful and they do not care about customers at all. This is not the first time I have heard of Romans providing an awful service and would not recommend them to anyone!

Contract clauses are unclear, often poorly written a'dnd occasionally added (for a renewal) without any rationale and notification.Communications have also been poor, either borderline harassment (2 SMS in a day) or erratic (not even replying to all when we ask for clarifications with several individuals in copy)
