Great Service from Dale and his team in Fleet. Bridges took our property on to the market and sold it in a matter of days and achieved the price we wanted. Took great photos and communicated throughout the process regarding viewings, all of which where accompanied. We received feedback on the same day or the next morning.Once the sale was agreed, we had assistance from Kevin who was a pleasure to deal with, and supplied regular updates via email and phone. We purchased our current house through Bridges, and it was a 'no brainer' to use them when it came to selling. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and recommend their services to our friends and family. Thanks TEAM Fleet! Its been a pleasure, from two very happy customers busy packing!

TrustpilotShocking experience - Missed property due to Agent's negligence
Bridges Aldershot I offered for one of the properties and increased by offer on 15th Oct and called the property manager at Aldershot branch 3 times on 16th Oct afternoon, called reception and left message for Agent managing the property to call me back ASAP to confirm that I accept the owner's counter offer. But they didn't respond and then later they received another offer and things didn't workout for me. I was in a shock as I called to confirm my acceptance even before the other offer was received, I missed the property due to agents negligence and timely communication. And agent was annoyed and started talking aggressively.

Throughout the notoriously stressful process of selling and buying within a house chain, their services to me as the buyer were second to none. Update - We are 17 weeks in to our 20 week contract and have given notice of termination of contract. The negative points are:After signing the contract they almost imediately said we had to reduce the price (the price was their valuation) without the benefit of any feedback from viewings.They said the price of our property was based on the square footage (and that felt like our Grade 2 listed cottage was being compared to a warehouse) with no other added value considered?They didn't seem to know anything about Grade 2 listed buildings and types of thatched roof - we felt we had to train them.We had to update the photographs using our own camera and tripod. We asked them to do it but they kept making excuses. We asked them to remove the old outside photos but they only removed some of them. They just didn't seem to understand the difference between a garden in winter and in full bloom in spring.We did not receive a copy of the brouchure after numerous times of asking - we still haven't got one.We tried to give them a key - they said "what's this for? Can't you hide it in the garden?" It is certainly not a platinum service, they only do something when you make a fuss (like post a one star Trust Pilot review).Currently 26% of their TrustPilot reviews are 1 star.

The application did not proceed because the income declared at the point of offer differed materially from the income verified during referencing. This discrepancy resulted in you failing the referencing process. Despite this, we offered assistance with an appeal, which you chose not to pursue. All fees were refunded in full.
Any suggestion of discriminatory behaviour is entirely unfounded. We take such allegations extremely seriously, and there is no evidence to support them. Decisions were based solely on verified financial information, not personal characteristics.
