GoogleI cannot praise the team at Bridges enough, particulalry Olly and Matt. They were so professional, patient, knowledgable and kind throughout the process of selling our parents' home. They are a young team who demonstrate the upmost professionalism throughout the whole journey you are with them. They are certainly a cut above all the other agents we have dealt with in Fleet. I simply cannot recommend them highly enough - thank you:)

Even now, he has been actively, helping and making sure the deal is processed smoothly. Words are not enough to say, for how thankful I am to you John. Thank you so so much for your hard work.Bridges Estate Agents (Basingstoke) staff has been very helpful, kind and proactive since Day 1, I spoke with them, when I told them I am looking for a house to buy.I would also like to thank Gerard Egan (Ged) who showed me the property with patience and arranging the time to view the property again, in such short notice. Thank you so much for being very efficient and understanding my situation. I will always remember your good sense of humour. From our perspective as buyers Rob has been excellent throughout, from our initial property viewing, through offer negotiation and then sales progression. He is proactive and shows initiative, and though we weren't his clients, we valued the key role he played working with the other estate agents and solicitors in the chain to keep things moving. If you are selling your home in Hook you HAVE to go with Bridges! They sold our flat on first viewing - they are worth every penny! Kevin came out a couple of times to talk us through the process then took fabulous photos of our flat! He was so nice & made the early process a breeze. We were so excited to get our first viewing & even more shocked when they sold our flat full asking price on the first viewing!! Kathy then took us on at Bridges to get us through the sale process & she has been fabulous! Nicest lady & incredibly helpful getting our exchange over the line. It's so nice to feel supported & like you have someone fighting your corner helping you every step of the way. We cannot thank you enough Kathy you are brilliant! Thank you Bridges for everything - we are so happy.

GoogleWe have finally had an offer accepted thanks to the hardworking team at Bridges in Fleet. Amy Buckley and Grace Lewis were instrumental in the process. We'd been registered with other agencies but we were relieved every time a house we liked was listed with Bridges. The team is friendly and collaborative; when things didn't work out with Grace's property, she referred us to Amy who had the right house for us. Amy even stayed late to make sure my partner could see the house we wanted, she was available before 9am the next day so we could make our offer. What a dedicated team!

GoogleWe chose to use Bridges because of Nikki, knowing how passionate she was about her job and that we’d be in good hands. Unfortunately we lost our first buyer through no fault of Bridges or our own, leaving our onward new build purchase in jeopardy. We sold again within 48 hours and Nikki went through each offer with such care and detail to make sure our new buyer was going to be able to reach completion. Any issues we had Nikki was straight on top of, chasing solicitors and liaising with our new build developer on a weekly & daily basis to keep everyone up to date and ensure the sale went through as quickly as possible. Our sale has now completed and we’re due to complete on our new purchase in the coming days. GoogleI recently used Bridges to help sell my mum's house. Dale and his team did a really good job putting a list of possible buyers together, arranging viewings and then finding me the one buyer all very efficiently. I think that they were very professional and we achieved a good price for the house in a short period of time. I was very happy and, as a probate sale, I also appreciated Dale's sensitivity and patience too. As a final point, the solicitors that they pointed me towards were actually very efficient too, so the whole house selling process was de-stressed as much as possible from my perspective. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the Fleet area, based upon my experience.

GoogleI have recently worked with Bridges Fleet branch for the second time; having purchased with them in 2019 and after such a good experience the first time around, I was only ever going to contact them when it came to my sale. Dale and his team were absolutely fantastic from start to finish, yet again. We had found something that we wanted to purchase and even though that didn't end up working out, the team worked incredibly swiftly to try and help us speed up the chain. Dale valued the property, Amy came round to take photos and Amy and Grace launched in to numerous viewings, all in the space of a week. The ladies worked extremely, extremely hard on subsequent viewings, with goodness knows how many taking place over the 6-8 weeks it was on the market. All viewings were booked and confirmed with us, with access instructions followed at all times and the utmost care taken for our property and animals, with the team taking their shoes off to walk around and show prospective buyers. Feedback was always very timely and when we ultimately found the buyer that we are about to exchange with, negotiations were swift and hassle-free. I only wish they had been as easy with the onward purchase with a different estate agents..... which Dale has also stepped in to in order to help move the process along. Selling your home can be incredibly stressful, but it was made as stress-free as possible by the amazing team at Bridges Fleet, who are respectful, honest and a pleasure to work with. We are currently in process of buying a property through Bridges in Fleet. Unfortunately the buyer of my property pulled out this week and I have had to re-market. Luckily I spoke to Amy Buckley at Fleet who was very understanding of our situation and put me at ease. She spent time talking to me and helped me understand the current situation. We now have a new buyer so hope to complete soon but want to thank Amy for her time today after a rollercoaster week.
