DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Made an appointment to view a property. After waiting, and then eventually calling the estate agents, they put me on hold for the manager, who made the appointment, that this had not been booked. He then, rather then apologise, informed me it was my fault for not having a confirmation email, because obviously him telling it was booked wasn't enough. IAfter, being told by multiple people that bridges were, simply terrible, I thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt. This was the wrong choice.

My experience with Bridges Estate Agents (Frimley) was extremely disappointing and stressful. I regret signing their contract and strongly advise other sellers to proceed with caution.

Highly recommend Dale and his team at Fleet. They provided excellent service from the very start of the valuation process up until the keys were handed over to the new owners. Constantly chased the progress for us and kept us in the loop the whole time. Couldn’t have asked for any more from them.

GoogleMy house had, at different times, been on sale with four different agents in Fleet. One of them was frankly poor, two were pretty good; but the bottom line was that it was only Bridges who, in a very difficult market, ever brought me any viewers (and who eventually sold the property for me). Always helpful and friendly, they regularly kept me up to date with any progress, or lack of it. Had I another house to sell in the area, I wouldn't bother putting it with any other agent this time.

GoogleBridges in Fleet sold my Mums house and couldnt be more impressed with my experience from Dale who was very honest and spot on with his valuation and Olly Manning who was tenacious and efficient in arranging the viewings,negotiating the sale and following through to a succesfull exchange of contracts all achieved in just 4 months. I would recommend Bridges in Fleet to anyone looking to sell their house and cant speak highly enough of everyone I dealt with, In simple terms they get the job done and do what they say they will do which can be rare nowadays. A shocking experience of customer service from a member of staff at Aldershot branch. Not all deals pull through, however, you don't speak aggressively to a customer and warn of not being able to purchase a property via Bridges in the area. Worst customer service experience ever.PS Reply: Day 2/3 of starting a process can’t be late stage, can it? Please get your justifications correct.. thanks

GoogleExcellent service all round from start to finish. Great team of people who are always happy to help. From initial contact with Olly Manning who was very friendly and professional to the valiant Rob Stocchetti who is so proactive, helpful and extremely good at liaising with both parties in the sale and purchase process. He is very quick to reply to emails and get information, has endlessly followed up with solicitors to get us over "the finish line". From my experience (and my daughter's in the past), I would definitely recommend them for sale and purchase!
