I can't be sure but it feels like…

I can't be sure but it feels like they're advertising homes that are not for sale purely to gather the data of more potential buyers (Aldershot branch). A house went up for sale on Zoopla on 10th August 2023 (I checked this on the advert history). I called on the 11th August to book a viewing. Went through the process of updating all my registration details, was told Tuesday 15th August would be good, great. They said they would confirm with sellers and send me confirmation email. Today (Monday 14th) no email yet so I emailed them to check all was going ahead and shortly received a viewing confirmation email (10.05am). At 10.16am they called me to say the sellers are reviewing offers so not doing further viewings. So it took 2 business days for you to advertise a property and it get offers? I doubt it in this market. If it had offers before today, why didn't you call me beforehand or tell me there were already offers before taking my details? Why are you still advertising it as available? What a waste of buyers time. Unsubscribed and will avoid homes advertised by Bridges in the future as I just don't trust they are really for sale at all!

I have been astounded by the consistently high levels of customer service from the Bridges team and Dale Ballard in particular throughout the sale of my property. I can remember vividly the day that Dale valued my property and I was shocked at the suggested marketing price to the point that I suggested that he reduce it. Turns out that Dale really knows his market, customers and buyers and gives equal amounts of consideration and respect to all parties. My words of advice to anyone who finds it difficult to give any credibility to an Estate Agent, have a chat with Bridges and listen to them. They understand what it takes to sell a property and unlike other Estate Agents remain invested in the journey even after the property has sold. Without the Bridges team my property may not have completed on time. It was down to their due diligence that solicitors and parties in the chain were chased without mercy. Thank you to everyone at Bridges Fleet!

From the start, Bridges seemed genuinely interested in selling my property and had an enthusiastic, but realistic, approach. Grace, who I dealt with originally, offered great advice which allowed us to secure us a sale very quickly and at a good price and then Amy and Rob both ensured that I was looked after as the process went through. I (like many, I think) find the whole process of house selling very stressful, but the team at Bridges were very responsive and always on hand with advice and updates ensuring that we got the sale through to completion. No regrets at all in using Bridges.
