From the start, Bridges seemed genuinely interested in selling my property and had an enthusiastic, but realistic, approach. Grace, who I dealt with originally, offered great advice which allowed us to secure us a sale very quickly and at a good price and then Amy and Rob both ensured that I was looked after as the process went through. I (like many, I think) find the whole process of house selling very stressful, but the team at Bridges were very responsive and always on hand with advice and updates ensuring that we got the sale through to completion. No regrets at all in using Bridges.

Quick, effective and efficient We met Rob for a free appraisal, he gave us a very clear explanation of his approach and ideas, we explained what we expected and how we wanted, agreed on price and fees on the same day. Three days later we had already an offer, five days later we had the buyer even before putting the property officially on the market, asking price. Very polite, well organised and helpful, could not ask for more.

Very poor experience

Very poor experience. We asked to view a property and were given the first appointment available. The day before the viewing we got an email saying the property was let yet we were apparently first in line. The company now refuses to contact us or to view any other property they advertise. Extremely unprofessional and the last thing you want in an estate agent. avoid!
