I purchased a house recently through Frost Partnership and I had a great experience with them. Alex Grace was really helpful all throughout, he was very friendly, highly professional, approachable, very prompt and swift in responding. I felt like he was there to help always when needed. I had few conversations with his other colleagues in his office also sometimes and felt all were very helpful and nice. Purchasing house is a bit of a stressful thing but when you have people to support you though your journey of purchase, It will make your life easy and less stressful. Keep it up guys. Karen Morris Lettings Manager at Frosts and her team have been brilliant. They are professional, honest and friendly. They recently found suitable new tenants very quickly for a property I rent out when the existing tenant gave notice very suddenly due to redundancy. They offer a personal customer focused service which sadly is often lacking with some other larger agents. I would highly recommend Frosts!

22/05/2025 STILL A MASSIVE Waste of money...do not trust the guild .....They said we could advertise that we had offices in London...we don't. I was a member for a year biggest waste of money and very misleading to the customer. They put together a magazine that's about it for your membership...It is not a recognized body. 6 years on we are still the market leading agent in our area. its a lot of money for a very average magazine and you can also lie to your customers and pretend you have offices in London... How to misslead the general public guild would be a better name.

AVOID WHIST POOJA IS THERE!

Was renting a property from frost for just over a year. Spent so much money decorating it as the agency told us it is available for "Long term renting". I stayed within the contact and made sure my house was well kept. I welcomed my first born into the apartment and put so much effort into decorating it for my baby. Pooja then decided to come and do the half year inventory check and all of a sudden raised so many complaints which were all false. I debunked all her false accusations on email showing our first 2 inventory checks as evidence. She also mentioned about mould being on the wall as our fault when the old tenants and building maintenance man both already mentioned the apartments have mould issues. We had already raised concerns to the agents months before about this and we were completely ignored. Pooja didn't like that I spoke out and so she sent us an eviction letter. We called her to ask why she is evicting us and she rudely said I should want to leave the property anyway due to mould as I have a newborn (Indirectly questioning my care for my child). A few days later she sent us an emailing saying she is 'Glad' to inform us of our eviction date. This is all clearly discrimination against me and my partner. I can see there are other reviews about her. I hope frost take action and do something about her. She should not be in such a sensitive role as she clearly lacks professionalism and doesn't know how to speak. Please don't rent from this agency whilst Pooja is working there .I know other people losing their homes because of her too. Although she is just one person she's clearly putting a lot of people in detriment and I would hate for that to be you too.
