GoogleOPA useless couldn't view a property I was interested, all they cared about was being paid first before the sale. I put in a blind offer to go back to the seller and literally 1 minutes latter was told the offer was refused. I doubt the estate agent even bothered to call the seller.

GoogleThis is the third time I have used the Frost Partnership in Flackwell Heath and they have provided a first class service each time. Naomi was our main point of contact however we were impressed by the entire team’s professionalism and efficiency. Moving house is a big life event and Naomi was a great support to us throughout the process. She was incredibly knowledgeable and I had complete trust in the advice she gave. Naomi also played a critical role in pulling our sale back on track when our buyer’s sale was on the verge of falling through. He was Honest with his appraisals of each house we viewed & when we eventually found the right house did everything in his power, & sometimes more, to ensure the sale went through. Darrell English at Frost’s was the Estate Agent I needed to deal with in order to buy my apartment; he was outstanding in the whole process! Darrell was extremely responsive to all my concerns and questions and cared a great deal about guiding me through this potentially stressful situation of buying a property- once again! I had not had good experiences with 2 previous attempts at buying apartments - but with Frost’s I felt things were going to work out at last ! The whole team at Frost’s is on board to help you reach your goal- no request is considered too inconsequential! The After Care is also wonderful ! So well done to Darrell English!, the whole team and Chris Frost at its head! You have all made my dream of living in Poole come true - after some very difficult experiences with trying to move! TrustpilotMoving out is stressful enough....
Currently in the process of moving out and they are making our lives difficult. Kept getting messages stating that my application isn't completed when I have screenshots proving it's complete. They also requested for physical copies of our identification and proof of address. Weather this is company policy or not, we both live in different cities and financially we can't travel to the office just so they can see a physical copy.

GoogleFrost was great in helping find us a new home and selling ours, we sold our house within a week after a lot of interest and due to unfortunate circumstances found a chain that collapsed and was ready to move thanks to Naomi. Was it easy no, but dealing Frost and Naomi made it a whole lot easier than it could have been keeping us and our buyers informed at all times.

The company is a absolute joke. The staff are rude, talk down to you. I wanted to make a complaint, spoke to the manager who did not want to know, spoke to me like a piece of rubbish. Telling me it's not her staffs job to pass the correct information over to the people who are viewing the property. She even said it's ok for members of the public to stand by other peoples property, lean on their cars and film three house with the estate agent standing there watching them do it. The staff in the staines branch need a training course how to deal with people

TrustpilotDisappointing experience with Frost Partnership
A very disappointing experience during our tenancy period as tenants as the agents were very rude and not cooperative at all. At the end of the tenancy another clerk did the checkout and had no idea about the check in report as was done by a different clerk when we moved in. There were already cracks to the door and when we sent the pictures they refused and did not listen. Therefore, a large amount was deducted from our deposit and did not make any sense as we only were at the property for 1 year. There were a few things but not to this extent. In addition, the door number and the intercom number were different and this made it difficult for deliveries to come to the property due to this misunderstanding. So watch out before renting with Frost Partnership.

GoogleOne Star, Very Disappointing Experience I would not recommend this company. The products and services felt outdated and overpriced. I was persuaded into a full package costing nearly £900 + VAT per month, including features I didn’t need or understand. After realizing it wasn’t a good fit, I tried to cancel, only to find I was locked into a 12-month contract with a 2-month notice period. Even after giving notice, they are still trying to charge me. It feels like they’re doing everything possible to hold onto payments, regardless of customer satisfaction. Very frustrating experience. Please be cautious before signing anything with them.
We are genuinely sorry to see your concerns shared publicly, especially while we were still in conversations with you, trying to resolve them. To clarify, all membership agreements, including the 12-month term and the full package of services; are clearly outlined and agreed upon before joining. We take care to ensure everything is transparent, so members can make well informed decisions. Our services are designed to deliver real value to independent estate agents, and many members see strong results when the full offering is utilised. Both your Account Manager and BDM have both reached out several times to offer support, but if you'd still like to discuss things further, we’d welcome a direct call and hope to resolve any remaining concerns. GoogleWorked closely with OPA for some time now. Bought my first investment with them in 2020. Have now completed on my 4th. They are very helpful, everything is explained extremely clearly. You signed in 12 places to show you understand that if you do not complete your fee is non-refundable. To me that is fair enough. Even once I had an issue and I couldn't complete & they gave me a credit note to help me out so I didn't lose my money. So to me you cant get fairer. Their products are unique in the market. I have been investing for 30 years, I have not found investments this good. I get my rent every month. Every transaction OPA, Zara & AJ have been there to help me.

They are knowledgeable， carefull， and very nice. I like everyone of them. Sonia is the person who looks after my house viewing to completion.
