GoogleSelling a property never seems straight forward. This one was no exception. There were lots of hurdles, including me living 200 miles away and complications with the buyer's finance arrangements, causing long delays. However, Alex put a massive amount of effort into the sale and kept the whole thing moving. He kept me updated and gave me good advice throughout the process. We have now finally completed. Praise to Naomi Forward in finding prospective tenants and negotiating rental contracts. She provided great support for a novice landlord. I sold the property this year and Naomi’s expertise played a key role in agreeing the sale price and keeping the sale on track. Alex Grace was really helpful all throughout, he was very friendly, highly professional, approachable, very prompt and swift in responding. I felt like he was there to help always when needed. I had few conversations with his other colleagues in his office also sometimes and felt all were very helpful and nice. Purchasing house is a bit of a stressful thing but when you have people to support you though your journey of purchase. It will make your life easy and less stressful. Keep it up guys. GoogleMade a deal with Khilan which he accepted. He then made a 'eweturn' on the agreement and reneged on his deal. Not a person or man of his word. Also has incredibly oversized feet for his height and stole a staff members lunch (delicious Pizza) from our premises. Do not trust this person.
This individual has never been a customer of my estate agency business and their review relates solely to a separate dispute regarding a used vehicle purchase. I left an honest review based on my experience as a customer after issues with the vehicle were not properly resolved. Unfortunately, instead of addressing those concerns professionally, the response here contains personal insults and unrelated comments. I believe reviews should reflect genuine experiences with the actual business being reviewed, and I’ll continue to conduct my business professionally and transparently.
