GoogleFrom the very first moment, Neil at Ellis and Co was great to work with. We feel he was honest, and communicated rapidly and effectively with us and the sellers. He was very responsive and moved quickly, allowing us to proceed with speed with our purchase. He was a pleasure to work with and we've had interaction with other agents who have been nowhere near as responsive as Neil. We would definitely use his services if we were to sell our -property in the future, or to buy another property.

Ellis and Company in Finchley have managed a property for me for approximately eight years. I have been extremely satisfied with their service which I have found to be professional, responsive and thorough. As I live at a distance from the property I have appreciated the continuity of staff. Khalid, Nicki and Belinda have been there throughout. I have never been made to feel that because it’s only one property they care any the less than if I owned a large number. As the house was my family home for many decades it is very special to me and with the staff at Ellis and Co I feel we all work as a team. I am also confident that my tenants are carefully selected and receive a good service.

I've had some dodgy experiences with agents previously not being completely honest or transparent. At Ellis & Co., Khalid and Nicki were both completely open from the very beginning, having frank discussions about the best options for my property. When I made the decision to rent, they got everything moving extremely quickly, from advertising and checks, through to viewings (which they worked to be convenient for me) and signing the contracts. Whenever I need to contact someone at the branch, I will get a reply the same day, or at the very latest the next day. If any issues are raised by the tenant, the first port of call for the Ellis team is to go in and sort it out themselves, rather than just calling someone in and charging you. I feel really secure having them manage my property.

GoogleI have worked with many estate agents over the years but none could compare with Khalid at Ellis & Co in Finchley. He is straightforward, professional and really knows his stuff. All Khalid's advice was spot-on; he found three buyers for my late mother's house within three days of marketing, negociated a better price than we had expected and advised us how to push for exchange when the buyer started to procrastinate. Khalid and his friendly team were always available for help and support. Altogether an excellent service and highly recommended.

GoogleAgent himself was very courteous and as helpful as he could have been within the constraints of the agency which is why I give him personally a 5 star. On one occasion having travelled 160 miles to get measurements and a better 'feel' of the property I was only allowed half an hour by his agency and felt under pressure. As a result I did not discover issues with the property which have arisen since the purchase such as leaking non functioning appliances. I would not use this agency myself although the individual agent was very obliging. I emphasis this is a personal 5*

GoogleWe have received fantastic service from Elis and Co in Finchley. When looking for a flat Nicki was the only agent out of many other Finchley based agents we where using, who only showed us property in the criteria we had set out. The rest of them show you anything they have on there books which becomes extremely frustrating. Having rented one of the flats Nicki showed us for 18 months now I can also pledge for Nicki and the rest of the teams ongoing top tier service. All in all fantastic agents who build personal rapport with their clients.

When I was looking for someone to manage my rented flat, I did some shopping around and from the first meeting Khalid presented all the qualities I was looking for and over a number of years he and the team have done a great job of balancing the needs of tenants and landlord. I have just refurbished the flat and I was 100% confident to leave this project with Khalid and he has done a superb job- not just on time and on budget, but he also clearly invests a lot of his own personal passion into his work. He has a very good spatial awareness and can see the potential in a property that I can never spot. Thanks again Khalid for all your commitment. I consider myself lucky to have found someone I can trust with the running of my flat.

I have dealt with several estate agents over the years and have had some unfortunate experiences; but Kahlid at Ellis & Co in Finchley is straightforward, professional and really knows his stuff. He found three buyers for my late mother's house within three days of putting it on the market, negociated a higher price than we had expected and helped to push for exchange of contracts when the buyers started to procrastinate.Kahlid and his friendly team were always on hand with support and advice when needed. Highly recommended.
