Neil the best agent in Finchley!

Neil was an absolute pleasure to deal with from beginning to end. Having dealt with agents in the past, Neil in comparison is the most responsive and commercially minded agent my wife and I have ever had the pleasure in dealing with. He was all over any issues that were brought to his attention and handled any problems that arose throughout the transaction in a calm and dedicated manner. From the very first moment, Neil was great to work with. We feel he was honest, and communicated rapidly and effectively with us and the sellers. He was very responsive and moved quickly, allowing us to proceed with speed with our purchase. He was a pleasure to work with and we've had interaction with other agents who have been nowhere near as responsive as Neil. We would definitely use his services if we were to sell our -property in the future, or to buy another property.

Worst letting agency I have ever dealt with. I am very disappointed with their service. - Their behaviour is rude and offensive - The director (Khalid Ghani) kept us waiting for 40 min to make a planned appointment. - They don't even bother to reply the emails after getting their commission - They made a mistake in entering my tenancy information on DPS website and they refuse to fix it. - It takes them 3 days to get a 5 min task done.

The best in town. Full stop!

Having been with a different estate agent for a few months and not obtained the sale of our flat we changed to Ellis and Co. On day one we had 3 offers at our asking price and we ended up getting a sale at £10.000 above the listed price. Khalid Ghani handled our sale with the utmost professionalism and what struck us most was the fact that he put our needs above everything else, including his commission. Khalid and his team at Ellis and Co Finchley are absolutely the best at what they do! You cannot find a more hard working, honest and professional estate agent than Khalid. He knows his stuff, from the thoroughly researched pricing guidance he had prepared at our first meeting when we wanted to sell our house, to the absolutely stunning photography and marketing he carried out, we quickly had lots of viewings booked in despite Covid. From the moment he helped us achieve an offer on the house that we were thrilled with, to the completion date, he made every step of the process easy, liaising with our solicitors, keeping us informed, even going out of his way to pick up signed documents and deliver them for us to the solicitors’ office when we couldn’t do it, just to keep our timings on track. It has been such a pleasure working with Khalid and his team that I have no hesitation whatsoever in wholeheartedly recommending him.

We have received fantastic service from Elis and Co in Finchley. When looking for a flat Nicki was the only agent out of many other Finchley based agents we were using, who only showed us property in the criteria we had set out. The rest of them show you anything they have on their books which becomes extremely frustrating. Having rented one of the flats Nicki showed us for 18 months now I can also pledge for Nicki and the rest of the teams ongoing top tier service. All in all fantastic agents who build personal rapport with their clients.

We bought our flat with Khalid a few years ago. Again, this time we sold the flat with Ellis & Co Finchley Estate & Letting Agents. In this special year - 2020, the sale took longer than expected, but Khalid and Neil were really helpful, advisory and responsive consistently through the entire process.
