TrustpilotHappy Client
Recently bought a flat on a new development and the service I got from the outset was so helpful and reassuring. Bobbie at the Finchley Central new homes branch, along with David and then Ronak, the sales progressor, were all so patient and professional and kept me calm whilst I was dealing with the stress of my house sale and trying to tie in a simultaneous completion (something I’d had no experience of before now). My partner and I are loving the flat and would recommend a chat with the Finchley team if looking for your perfect new home.

GoogleEva and Greg at Martyn Gerrard have been beyond excellent- going not just above and beyond but pole vaulting their way to tie up a deal that was fraught with difficulty. I cannot recommend them, and their communication, highly enough.

TrustpilotJatin was fantastic and we can't recommend him enough
We met Jatin early on in our property search and found him to be personable and trustworthy. He was one of the few people we met in our property search who made us feel like he cared about our needs as a buyer and beyond that he was genuine and wanted to do the right thing by all people involved. He genuinely wanted to help us find the right home for us and when we did he helped us navigate the process. He helped hold together our purchase through a few challenges and we will be forever grateful to him for his kindness, counsel and support as we navigated the purchase process. Highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to purchase in the Finchley area.

TrustpilotExcellent Communication
Keeping a vendor’s solicitor, a vendor, a buyer’s solicitor and a buyer all communicating effectively could be an impossible task. Thankfully Andriano and Stewart managed to keep everyone on the same page and we exchanged and completed on our lovely flat, nerves intact. Thank you both for for making this process as painless as possible.
