TrustpilotFrost company are really scammers
This company is absolutely annoying. The landlords have already asked for the highest possible price, and this company listed the property at that price, letting it go to the highest bidder, thereby undermining the market for their own benefit. The way they make money is absolutely disgusting. For instance the landlords ask £1500 per month for 1Bedroom flat and these guys push the viewer to go for offer even more than £1700per month

Caroline also has an enviable rapport with local tradespeople so repairs can be effected quickly at a reasonable cost.The Frost Partnership has a very good reputation in the local area. GoogleAn individual named Sebastian works at these premises , he and his manager Sara are a little bully crew, who are happy to try and intimidate their customers to not claim any responsibility, spoke in an absolute abominable tone to my mother ! Truly Awful! It is utterly disgusting the way this company treats tenants, acting like they are above the law - breaching numerous clauses in the tenancy agreement. I dread to think how other, more vulnerable tenants have suffered as a result of this company. I moved out in November 2021 and have still not received my deposit. After 3 months of ignoring my emails, Frost contacted me with false charges and deductions from my deposit. When i queried them, they would not give me an answer - so I contacted TDS and was informed I could not make a claim after 3 months of moving out... coincidence?

FacebookThe way you handled my end of tenancy has been complete nightmare. Your property managers created problems for me when there was no need due to lack of communication and finally when it all seems to going OK and was told last Friday that my deposit would be repaid, upon chasing today have been told that it hasn’t been. Will look into this and get it sorted and will take 3-5 working days for the money to repaid. No one seems that bothered about the tenant despite your claims on website etc.I wonder how long before this will be deleted?
