GoogleI cannot say enough good things about Rob from Bourne. We dealt with Rob and Adrian while searching for our new house and they were both fantastic. We found our new home through them and from viewing to completion Rob was there for us every step of the way. Buying and selling houses is extremely stressful, but Rob made the process so much easier. We had no issues at all with our purchase and Rob kept us up to date and informed every step of the way. GoogleI have worked in this industry for many years and can say with hand on heart that Bourne’s Farnham have been the best Estate Agents we have ever used. The reasons are many: good work ethic, team players, great communication between themselves and the client, enthusiastic, professional, knowledgeable, each and every department have scored well because of their skills and commitment. Thank you all, it has been a great experience and in a life that is not perfect, you came high up the list of achievers. We will of course use you again should the need arise. Thanks too to Adam who worked tirelessly, and Rebecca whose tact and calm persona paved the way for a smooth transition to exchange of contracts. Very much appreciated. It may be a small office but don’t be fooled, they all have their fingers on the pulse and their noses to the ground (excuse the expression!) which is what makes them the success they are. GoogleWe rented with Bourne for 2 years and I simply have nothing good to say about them; they displayed a total lack of respect for us as tenants and were on occasion outright rude, and seemingly oblivious to their ineptitude. Reported issues, including a leak in the kitchen and resulting mould issue, were left unanswered and unresolved for months at a time and they fought back on almost everything. I hear good things about their sales department, but they're certainly not using the A-team for lettings...very poor customer service. Avoid.

GoogleAfter buying my property through Bourne 6 years ago, I asked them to value my house for sale at the start of 2022. Remembering us from previously Rob and Adrian attended the valuation and the genuine, enthusiastic nature instantly made us feel that listing the property with them was the right choice. Ever since, Rob, Adrian and the whole team have been incredibly supportive, professional, honest and helpful regarding feedback and problem solving. Their communication has been first class, with us never waiting a long time for a response or answers to our questions. We cannot recommend this team enough. Absolute pleasure to deal with and would again at the drop of a hat. Thank you 'Bourne' for everything and making our move happen.

GooglePatrick at the bourne was the perfect estate during the purchase of our first home!!! The whole process was made extremely easy and we were not bothered unless necessary, all our questions were answered immediately and precisely. I couldn't recommend the bourne enough as they made it a super smooth transition from renting to home owners. Great team.

Our move dragged on longer than expected due to an issue with the chain but Rebecca managed to get everything back on track keeping calm and professional. Dianne is a great help if we have any maintenance queries or issues, and Lauren has been particularly helpful with our tenancy renewal. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Humungous thank you to Adrian Cannon, Adam Pinfield, Rob Skuse, Lauren Girdleston and Louise Ayshford for their commitment, dedication, advice, support and help through what was a challenging ride! What a brilliant team. We met Adam Pinfield back in March 2019 when he came to our Farnham house to discuss marketing our property. From the get go, I was really impressed with their market credentials and felt very confident after meeting Adam that this was the team for the job! Adam helped us to secure the house we wanted to buy locally for which we are very grateful. He was really informative and so professional throughout the negotiations. We needed to sell our house in a challenging market (spring / summer 2019) and Adam got us under offer on the first day our house went onto the market. Sadly, our buyers fell through due to no fault of there’s or the team at the Bourne. The house went straight back onto the market and again it was under offer within a week with a second family with Adrian Cannon providing loads of fantastic support. This also did not work out due to a change in circumstance for this family. It was third time lucky and this time the lovely Lauren Girdleston managed to get our house swiftly back under offer within a week of it going back on the market. We then managed to exchange in less than four weeks. Impressive work Team Bourne! During this rollercoaster ride the Bourne managed to keep the whole chain moving forward and together. Thanks to Louise for pulling it all together at the end with the rest of the chain. Thanks to Adrian as he supported us throughout the whole process and always gave us really helpful advice and support. Special thanks also to Rob Skuse who was helped during the five months from start to finish. Rob is great to work with, always positive, honest, helpful and professional. Big thanks to Adam for helping us to secure the house we are buying! I’d really recommend Adam to anyone who wants to get their Farnham property sold. He’s a fantastic negotiator and I think he could probably sell ice to eskimos! Finally, a big thanks to the lovely Lauren who was the calming voice of our final sale. She’s such a delight to deal with and keeps both the seller and buyer happy! In a nutshell, if you have a house to sell in Farnham I can’t recommend them more highly. We’re so grateful to you all, thank you so much.
