GoogleIMPERSONATORS Their local director turned up with my landlord and pretended to be a contractor (he was fooling no one in his business attire). We refused him entry as he did not provide his credentials I therefore complained to their owner. His response was that their director was put in an "awkward position, through no fault of his own." As vulnerable tenants we find this completely unacceptable.
Mr Wong, having checked our database, we note you have never bought, sold, Let or let out a property via Bourne Estate Agents so we conclude that you are NOT a client of Bourne Estate Agents. GoogleThese guys price down drastically if your house doesn't sell. Entry level 3 bedroom house prices in Farnham have remained at around the 300k mark for years now because of estate agents like them. (Whilst going up steadily everywhere else in the country) Given the areas desirability and proximity to London they should buy now be starting at around 400k 300k is midland/northern pricing

GoogleFrom the first contact all the way through to finding tenants for our property Bourne have been communicative, supportive and professional. Letting property can be a minefield, however, Bourne have made the process simple for us and done all of the heavy lifting. They found us great tenants quickly and are very responsive to any issues raised. I would highly recommend.

GoogleWe had a bit of a nightmare trying to get our forever home, being gazumped twice, losing out on bidding wars and having offers rejected. When I found the perfect place that was marketed through Bourne in Farnham, Rob knew how much it meant and he was absolutely amazing from start to finish. He is incredibly personable and quite literally always responds to any questions I had throughout the process, which, a lot of the time were pretty ridiculous... while obviously looking after his client and making sure that everything was heading in the right direction. He is a very approachable person, while being ever the professional... which is exactly what you want when things can sometimes get rather stressful! GoogleThe worst estate agents I have ever come across. The sales person James is rude and arrogant... not someone we would EVER be looking to work with. James left us outside a property for half an hour before we chased him and asked him if he was coming, without an apology he rudely told us the owners didn't want anymore bids and that to go home. Terrible service, do not recommend working with these amateurs

GoogleAfter a bumpy road, with many twists and turns in relation to our own sale, we finally got to exchange contracts on a property marketed by Bourne. However this simply could not have happened without Rob's dedication and help. He is personable, helpful and a really nice person to speak to (he even helped me when I cried down the phone to him during a stressful point of the transaction!). The whole team are very professional too and always responded promptly when I had any questions. Rob Skuse will, however, always stand out in my mind as the nicest estate agent I have ever come across.
