FacebookBourne couldn’t be better! The whole team but in particular, Roanna and Andrew in the Alton branch were incredible. They worked tirelessly to help with both our sale and our purchase and despite some challenges, we got there and Roanna remained professional, friendly and helpful throughout. The advice and support we received was first class and honestly, Bourne are the best agent we have worked with for house purchases having moved a couple of times now.

Very efficient process from day one. All staff have been extremely helpful and always available if we have had queries. Bourne have been very upfront with all fees and made the whole letting process very easy. I would definitely recommend to anyone to is in need of an estate agents.

FacebookWe have rented via Bourne Estates. Previous experience renting has not been pleasant, but the complete opposite with Bourne. Everything has been smooth matters are dealt with professionally and speedily. Our property manager Aimee Blackmun has been exceptional. Highly recommended.

GoogleI am very glad that we decided to ask Bourne Estate Agents to sell our house in Farnham. The service we received was excellent start to finish - from the first contacts and providing an initial valuation, through to producing the brochure, arranging viewings, accepting an offer, exchange of contracts and completion. Adam clearly understood the market and provided a fair and accurate valuation, close to the price the property eventually sold for. Hayley produced a great brochure, and Jo showed all those interested in viewing round the house. Rob negotiated on our behalf with those interested and after we accepted an offer, kept in touch with both ourselves and the buyers during the anxious weeks through to exchange of contracts and completion. Above all, the whole office worked as a team. When I emailed or wanted to speak to someone, everyone in the office knew who I was, and if they said they would call me back, they did so.

FacebookI instructed Bourne Estate Agents to sell my property because they came highly recommended and when Adam visited me at my home, I knew that they were definitely on the same page as me and I felt that the house sale would be in safe and experienced hands. The only slight issue I had was that I felt that they didn’t really explain things at the early stages which would have helped me as a first time seller. However, when Rebecca came on board, I felt reassured and she was very pro active, communicative and a valuable asset on my side, someone who I would highly recommend.
